Claims (14)

1. Генетически измененный пищевой микроорганизм, в котором модификация приводит к увеличению количества продуцированного моноглутамилфолата по сравнению с соответствующим количеством, продуцированным немодифицированным микроорганизмом.
2. Микроорганизм по п.1, в котором, по меньшей мере, один фермент, участвующий в синтезе моноглутамилфолата, обладает повышенной активностью.
3. Микроорганизм по п.2, в котором указанный фермент содержит GTP циклогидролазу, кодируемую gch геном.
4. Микроорганизм по п.1, в котором гамма-глутамилгидролаза обладает повышенной активностью.
5. Микроорганизм по п.2 или 3, в котором повышенная активность фермента является следствием наличия множества копий соответствующих генов.
6. Микроорганизм по п.2 или 3, в котором повышенная активность фермента является следствием присутствия промотора, усиливающего экспрессию соответствующих генов.
7. Микроорганизмы по п.1, в котором гены, кодирующие ферменты с указанной активностью, имеют животное происхождение, и, главным образом, происходят из млекопитающих.
8. Микроорганизм по п.1, в котором гены, кодирующие ферментаты с указанной активностью, имеют растительное происхождение.
9. Микроорганизм по п.1, в котором гены, кодирующие ферменты с указанной активностью, происходят из пищевых микроорганизмов, в особенности из молочнокислых бактерий или дрожжей.
10. Микроорганизм по п.1, представляющий собой молочнокислую бактерию.
11. Способ получения моноглутамилфолата, включающий культивирование микроорганизма по любому из пп.1-10 и выделение продуцированных фолатов.
12. Способ доставки биологически доступного фолата в желудочно-кишечный тракт млекопитающих, заключающийся в применении эффективного количества микроорганизма по любому из пп.1-10.
13. Пищевой продукт, содержащий микроорганизм по любому из пп.1-10.
14. Пищевой продукт по п.13, представляющий собой молочный продукт.
