Claims (11)
(1) контактирование раствора водорастворимого Pd с пористым носителем с целью его пропитки водорастворимым соединением Pd;
(2) превращение указанного водорастворимого соединения металлического Pd в водонерастворимое соединение Pd в результате контакта соединения Pd и носителя на первой стадии фиксации с щелочным соединением, причем носитель погружают в раствор щелочного соединения и подвергают галтованию, по крайней мере, в ходе начальных стадий осаждения водонерастворимого соединения Pd;
(3) контактирование предварительно пропитанного и фиксированного носителя с водорастворимым соединением металлического Аu с целью пропитки носителя водорастворимым соединением Аu;
(4) превращения указанного водорастворимого соединения металлического Аu в водонерастворимое соединение Аu в результате контактирования соединения Аu и носителя на второй стадии фиксации со щелочным соединением, причем носитель и щелочное соединение контактируют по принципу первоначального смачивания; и
(5) восстановления соединений Pd и Аu с помощью восстанавливающего агента с образованием свободных Pd и Аu в виде металлов на носителе.10. The method according to p. 1, characterized in that it includes stages
(1) contacting a solution of water-soluble Pd with a porous carrier to impregnate it with a water-soluble compound Pd;
(2) converting said water-soluble Pd metal compound to a water-insoluble Pd compound by contacting the Pd compound and the carrier in the first fixing step with the alkaline compound, the carrier being immersed in an alkaline compound solution and subjected to tumbling, at least during the initial stages of precipitation of the water-insoluble compound Pd;
(3) contacting the pre-impregnated and fixed carrier with a water-soluble compound of Au metal to impregnate the carrier with a water-soluble compound of Au;
(4) converting said water-soluble compound of metal Au to a water-insoluble compound of Au by contacting the compound Au and the carrier in the second fixing step with an alkaline compound, the carrier and the alkaline compound being contacted according to the principle of initial wetting; and
(5) reducing Pd and Au compounds with a reducing agent to form free Pd and Au in the form of supported metals.

(3) contacting the initially impregnated and fixed carrier with a water-soluble compound of metal Au and an alkaline compound to impregnate the carrier with a water-soluble Au and simultaneously carry out the second stage of fixation; and
(4) reduction of Pd and Au compounds with a reducing agent to form free Pd and Au in the form of supported metals.
