Description
The proposed device relates to the section of medical equipment, more specifically to x-ray, and is intended for a detailed visual study of the internal structure of an object in the process of fluoroscopy, for example, the shape and size of bone trabeculae in case of damage to the hand by vibration disease.
- С. 581 [1]).Known magnifier containing a lens with a small focal length (f = 10-100 mm), which gives an enlarged image of an object at a distance of the best vision - 250 mm (Yavorsky B.M., Detlaf A.A. Physics Handbook. - M.: Nauka, 1964. - S. 581 [1]).
Closest to the design of the claimed object is a magnifier containing a plano-convex lens fixed in a frame equipped with a handle (4glaza.ru [2]). The analogue [2] was chosen by us as a prototype.
The disadvantage of the prototype, like all known analogues, is that their design does not provide the ability to work in fluoroscopy mode.
The aim of this work is to create a magnifying glass that allows the observation of the object of study during fluoroscopy.
The technical result of the utility model is expressed in expanding the arsenal of devices for visualizing the object of study during fluoroscopy. It is achieved by the fact that in a magnifying glass containing a plano-convex lens fixed in a frame provided with a handle, the lens is made of heavy flint, on the flat surface of which an X-ray phosphor coated with an X-ray transparent protective layer is applied.
Further description is accompanied by drawings and explanations to them.
In FIG. 1 shows the construction of an X-ray magnifier (sectional side view), and FIG. 2 - an x-ray magnifier in the fluoroscopy mode.
X-ray magnifier is used as follows. The object of the study, for example, the patient’s brush A, affected by a vibrational disease, is placed on the deck 7 of the X-ray table, under which the X-ray emitter 8. When you turn on the
