Description
The utility model relates to prefabricated tent structures, in particular to frames for folding tents.
10.07.1998).Known frame folding tent of the U-shaped frames, the crosses of which are pivotally connected on both sides with racks, the other ends of which are connected in the hinge node of the frame with the possibility of folding frames (patent for the invention of the Russian Federation No. 2114965, publ. 10.07.1998).
20.11.2015).The closest technical solution chosen by the applicant as a prototype is the tent frame, which is an element of glass composite material connected to each other by connecting nodes, and an awning attached to it, and the frame elements are made in the form of flexible non-integral rods, and as a filler for glass composite material used glass roving (patent for utility model of the Russian Federation No. 157002, publ. 11/20/2015).
The use of glass roving as a glass composite material does not provide high reliability of the frame during its operation, especially in the winter season at low temperatures with increased fragility of the glass composite material, because at negative air temperatures, as well as during sudden movements during the installation of the tent, flexible rods made of glass composite material can break with the formation of fragments, which leads to the failure of the folding tent. In addition, when a rod breaks, its fragments fly apart, and I can cause injuries to a person.
Despite the fact that the surface of the bar is smooth, there are thin, rigid, sticking glass fibers on it, which can also injure the palm of a person’s hand when opening or folding the frame, and also leads to unjustified wear of the tent fabric, as the dimensions of the pockets for placing the rods in them are made in such a way as to ensure a tight fit, which also leads to a decrease in the operational reliability of the frame.
The technical task of the claimed utility model is to increase the operational reliability of the folding tent frame while improving safety when opening and folding the tent frame.
The technical problem is achieved in that the tent frame consists of elements made in the form of flexible non-hollow rods of glass composite material, connected to each other by a connecting unit, characterized in that the flexible non-hollow rods are calibrated and shells made of polymer thermoplastic material are placed on them.
Comparison of the claimed technical solution with the prototype shows that it differs in the following features:
- гибкие неполые прутки выполнены калиброванными;- flexible incomplete rods are made calibrated;
- на прутках установлены оболочки из полимерного термопластичного материала.- on rods installed shells made of polymer thermoplastic material.
Therefore, we can assume that the claimed technical solution meets the criterion of "novelty."
The utility model can be manufactured on standard equipment, so it meets the criterion of "industrial applicability".
Figure 1 shows the inventive frame assembly, Figure 2 shows a flexible non-hollow bar in a shell, Figure 3 shows a cross section of a flexible non-hollow bar in a shell.
1. The frame contains elements made in the form of flexible
During calibration, the blanks of the glass composite bar material are crimped. As a result of mechanical action on the glass composite material blank, a redistribution of internal stresses occurs. As a result of the calibration, areas with increased stresses leading to bending of the bars along their length are excluded, and the size is calibrated. When installing pre-calibrated rods with a sheath in the fingers, the load is evenly distributed in the connecting node, which eliminates the possibility of its breakdown during the operation of the tent when exposed to wind loads. Thus, the implementation of flexible non-integral rods calibrated and with a shell, allows you to accurately distribute the load, both on the frame as a whole and on the connecting node, made in the form of a hinge mechanism, and also improves the geometry of the folding tent, which increases the operational reliability of the tent as a whole. In addition, it is extremely difficult from a technological point of view to put a sleeve of thermoplastic polymeric material on an uncalibrated workpiece, because the different sizes of the glass composite blanks and the presence of bends along the length complicate the process of putting on the sleeves to obtain a uniform flexible shell along the entire length of the bar. Pre-calibration of the blanks ensures the same dimensions of the blanks and the possibility of automating the process, reducing scrap. The use of a rod with a flexible shell made of a thermoplastic polymer material tightly attached to the outer surface of the calibrated fiberglass material to the frame of the folding tent increases the reliability of the rod when it is used in the frame for the folding tent, especially in the winter season, because the stiffness of the bar along the entire length of the bar is the same and increases the strength to bending and abrasion loads. Thus, the preliminary calibration of the rods equipped with a flexible shell, tightly adjacent to the outer surface of the glass composite material, increases the operational reliability of the folding frame, and, therefore, the folding tent as a whole.
If the bar of the claimed design breaks, then the fragments will not scatter in different directions, but will be held by the shell, and when opening or folding the folding tent frame, the human hand touches only the surface of the PVC shell, i.e. traumatic effect is excluded.
Thus, the claimed utility model allows to provide a technical result, increasing the operational reliability of the frame and, at the same time, safety when working with a folding frame in the process of assembling and disassembling a folding tent.
