The residual current device includes a differential current device and an electric current source in the electrical circuit of the differential current device, controlled by a fire identification means.
Description
The proposed technical solution relates to the field of ensuring the safe operation of electrical equipment in the event of a fire.
50. Well-known differential current devices that provide disconnection of electrical equipment in various emergency situations; it is widely known to connect a passive load that simulates damage to the insulation of an electric current conductor, as well as a galvanic cell (electric current source) in a circuit of a differential current device to check its operability and operation. Connection diagrams of the electric current source are given in GOST R 51326.1-99 "Automatic circuit breakers controlled by differential current, household and similar purpose without built-in overcurrent protection", sheet 50.
In turn, it is proposed to apply this well-known electrical circuit used to test the operability of the differential current device to solve the existing technical problem, namely, that in the event of a fire, when the electric current is cut off to the electrical installation, the known differential current devices do not work, while the damaged in case of fire, electrical equipment becomes potentially hazardous when re-energized. The solution to this technical problem will allow to achieve a technical result - ensuring the guaranteed operation of the protective shutdown device of electrical equipment in case of fire.
A residual current device including a differential current device, as well as an electric current source in a normally open electric circuit of a differential current device, controlled by a fire identification means, operates as follows.
As mentioned above, in a fire when the supply of electric current to the electrical system is interrupted, the known differential current devices do not work. Therefore, when re-supplying electric current, electrical equipment damaged in a fire becomes potentially dangerous, it can cause electric shock to people or a re-ignition source of the fire. Accordingly, to ensure a guaranteed shutdown of electrical equipment in such situations, the differential current device is supplemented by an electric current source in the normally open electric circuit of the differential current device, controlled by a fire identification means. Switching off a power supply of a de-energized electrical installation by means of an electric current source prevents electric shock to people when the mains is automatically switched on again and excludes the occurrence of ignition sources.
The differential current device (QD) provides the connection of the consumer of electrical energy to the phase (L) and neutral (N) conductors of the supply network with a protective conductor (Pe). An electric current source controlled by a fire identification means (IP) is included in the electrical circuit of the differential current device (QD), for example, by means of a relay (P). That is, the differential current device (QD) is additionally equipped with a means of control and an electric current source that provides its shutdown, while at least one current path of the differential current device (QD), the contacts of the electric current source, as well as the relay contacts (P) form a sequential normally open electrical circuit. As a source of electric current, a galvanic cell (B), a charged capacitor (C n ), a battery (B) with a DC / AC converter for direct current to alternating electric current can be selected. As a means of identifying a fire (IP), a fire detector or other device can be used that records electrical and / or non-electrical indicators of the electrical installation, indicating a fire: the appearance of fire, smoke, arc breakdown, vibration, temperature increase, changes in the composition of air, electromagnetic radiation, sound, etc. Fire identification means (IP) and an electric current source (relay (P) of an electric current source) are interconnected mainly via a radio channel, it is also possible to use wire communication, an acoustic transceiver, an optical channel in the visible or infrared range, etc. The relay (P) of the specified electric current source is equipped with its own power source or can be powered from the electric current source itself.
Under normal operating conditions of the electrical installation, the contacts of the poles of the differential current device (QD) are closed, the relay contact (P) of the voltage is open, and power is supplied through the differential current device (QD) to the consumer of electricity. When a fire is identified, the necessary signal is transmitted to the relay (P), the relay contacts (P) are closed, the current path of the differential current device (QD) and the electric current source form a closed electric circuit in which the differential current occurs. The differential current device (QD) trips and disconnects the electrical installation - the consumer of electricity. The voltage and internal resistance of the power source is chosen so that the value of the differential current is greater than the response current of the differential current device (QD). If the differential current device (QD) is functionally independent of the mains voltage (has an electromechanical design or an electronic independent design), then disconnecting the power consumer is possible, as in the presence of voltage in the supply network, so in the absence of voltage.
