Цель достигается тем, что в предлагаемом автомобиле корпус выполнен открытым сверху, то есть образован панелями днища и бортов - боковых, переднего и заднего. Высота бортов выбрана минимально необходимой для обеспечения плавучести автомобиля. На верхней кромке бортов установлен фланец с крепежными отверстиями. Корпус разделен на две части поперечной перегородкой, в верхней части которой так же установлен фланец с крепежными отверстиями, соединяющий фланец боковых бортов. В боевом отделении на бортах около днища корпуса установлен дополнительный фланец.
