- 753 с).A known irrigation refrigerator operating on the principle of irrigation of a horizontal tube bundle with coolant jets, consisting of several pipe sections connected by feces, while the liquid refrigerant flows continuously down the pipes through the pipes, and the cooled liquid is supplied countercurrently into the pipes (Kasatkin A.G. Main processes and apparatuses of chemical technology: textbook for high schools, 10th ed. - M.: TID Alliance LLC, 2004 - 753 s).
The disadvantages of this apparatus are uneven jet irrigation of the pipe surface, which leads to a decrease in the heat exchange surface area, as well as low heat transfer from the irrigated liquid to the heat exchange surface, which reduces the productivity of the cooled medium passing through the heat exchange chamber.
Known is an irrigation refrigerator containing a housing and a heat exchange surface located therein, an atomizer for introducing liquid refrigerant into the gas stream, a distribution grid in the form of a sheet with evenly spaced openings, and a collector for supplying gas connected to the sublattice cavity, the atomizer being placed in order to intensify heat transfer sublattice cavity, and in the distribution grid on at least one side of the sheet, rows of parallel grooves passing through the holes and perpendiculars are made the rows of grooves passing between the holes, and the sheet on both sides is equipped with layers of capillary-porous material (USSR author's certificate No. 1160796, MKP F28D 5/00, F25D25 / 02, 2006).
The reasons that impede the achievement of a given technical result include the insufficient rate of heat transfer from the liquid refrigerant to the heat exchange surface, which leads to a decrease in the performance of the cooled medium.
The closest technical solution for the totality of features to the claimed object and adopted as a prototype is an irrigation heat exchanger containing a housing and a heat exchange surface and an atomizer for introducing liquid refrigerant placed therein, while the atomizer is made in the form of a tube having a spiral shape installed with a gap around the heat exchange surfaces on bearings with the possibility of rotation, and on the pipe there are nozzles directed at an angle α = 35-55 ° to the heat exchange surface. (Description of the utility model for the patent of the Russian Federation No. 120205, F28D 11/04, 2012).
Reasons that impede the achievement of the desired technical result include jet runoff irrigating the heat exchange surface of the liquid refrigerant and the low heat transfer coefficient from it to this surface, which reduces the rate of heat transfer of heat energy to the liquid refrigerant and the performance of the refrigerated medium.
The technical result of the proposed design of the irrigation heat exchanger is to increase productivity.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that the irrigation heat exchanger comprising a housing and a heat exchange surface and an atomizer for introducing liquid refrigerant placed therein, the atomizer is made in the form of a spiral-shaped tube mounted with a clearance around the heat exchange surface on bearings with rotation, and the tube has nozzles directed at an angle α = 35-55 ° to the heat exchange surface, while concave hemispheres with a diameter obeying the heat exchange surface are made expression:
где D - диаметр каждой вогнутой полусферы, мм;where D is the diameter of each concave hemisphere, mm;
d - диаметр сопла, мм.d is the diameter of the nozzle, mm
Execution in the form of concave hemispheres on the heat exchange surface allows for drip boiling of the coolant located in each hemisphere when the coolant enters the heat exchange surface, and boiling of the coolant in the form of droplets intensifies the heat removal process from the heat exchange surface to the coolant, which increases productivity. In addition, the presence of each drop in the concave hemisphere increases the contact surface, since such a heat transfer surface is larger than the smooth heat transfer surface used in the prototype, which also increases productivity.
A decrease in the minimum value of ratio (1) equal to 1.2 can lead to the transfusion of droplets of boiling liquid over the upper edge of the hemispheres in which the droplets boil, and their draining down into the pan.
This reduces the heat transfer rate and reduces productivity. In addition, the vapor-liquid mixture when boiling drops inside the hemispheres increases in volume. In this case, instead of dropping boiling, a film boiling mode is created inside each hemisphere, in which heat transfer is less than with dropping boiling. It also reduces performance.
An increase in the maximum value of relation (1), equal to 1.4, leads to a significant increase in the volume of the hemisphere in comparison with the volume of the droplet emerging from the nozzle of the atomizer.
In this case, the surface of the hemisphere in which it is not wetted by a boiling drop increases. This part of the surface of the hemisphere does not give thermal energy to the inside of the case where cooling takes place, but returns to the outside. This reduces the transfer of thermal energy to the medium to be cooled and reduces productivity.
I.In FIG. 1 shows a diagram of a proposed design of an irrigation heat exchanger; in FIG. 2 - a fragment of a heat exchange surface with a tube and a nozzle in view I.
(1).The irrigation heat exchanger consists of a housing 1, a heat exchange surface 2, a
Irrigation heat exchanger operates as follows.
The cooled medium through the pipe 7 is fed into the housing 1, which extends along the length of the heat exchanger, in contact with the heat exchange surface 2, and is discharged through the pipe 8. The refrigerant through the
10.Due to the tangential direction of the spray of liquid refrigerant, the jets and drops of refrigerant passing through nozzles 4 located at an angle α = 35-55 ° to the heat exchange surface 2 create a rotating moment due to the dynamic force of the liquid flow, which is communicated to the
9.The unevaporated part of the droplets flows into the tray 9.
1.Thus, the execution of the heat transfer surface 2 in the form of
