25.02.1979)A known method of manufacturing conductors from an alloy based on aluminum containing zinc 0.03-0.50, copper 0.25-1.00 and zirconium 0.001-0.100 wt.%, Which consists in plastic deformation by pressure with a degree of deformation from 1000% to 10000 % obtained by spilling the workpiece, while during deformation the workpiece is subjected to heat treatment at 180-250 ° C for 30 minutes-6 hours (see the description of the invention to USSR patent No. 649338, IPC НВВ 13/00, publication 02.25.1979)
10000%.The disadvantage of this method is the use of complex and expensive equipment for the implementation of the deformation of the workpiece with a degree of from 1000% to 10000%.
№24).A non-insulated wire is known, containing a steel core, over which a conductive wire, a swept profile in cross section, made of aluminum or a thermostabilized aluminum-zirconium alloy, is laid in one or more concentric layers, (see utility model description to RF patent No. 97203 U1, IPC Н01В 5/10, published August 27, 2010 Bull. No. 24).
A laborious and complex method of manufacturing this wire, due to the fact that the manufacture of a conductive arrow-shaped wire requires special equipment and accessories. In addition, to ensure the reliability of the lock, and the wire as a whole, made of conductive arrow-shaped wires in cross section to external wind loads, additional technological operations characteristic of the manufacture of a closed construction rope are necessary.
Known bare wire twisted respectively from aluminum wires and not heat-treated aluminum alloy. The wire is twisted in a multi-operational way, which consists in layer-by-layer production of wire. The wires between the layers intersect, forming a point contact of the wires between the layers. The number of layers varies from one to four, (see GOST 839-80 Technical Specifications “Uninsulated Wires for Overhead Power Lines).
The disadvantages of this known wire include the following:
- повышенные вибрации провода под действием ветра, повышенная парусность;- increased vibration of the wire under the influence of wind, increased windage;
- повышенное налипание снега и льда, увеличенное образование гололедных отложений;- increased adhesion of snow and ice, increased formation of ice deposits;
- проволоки, в проводе изготовленным таким многооперационным способом, подвергаются значительному износу из-за перекрещивания между слоями, а также значительным контактным напряжениям;- wires in a wire made in such a multi-operational way are subject to significant wear due to crossing between layers, as well as significant contact stresses;
- низкое разрывное усилие, увеличенная стрела прогиба, что уменьшает эксплуатационный срок службы высоковольтных линий, высокие трудозатраты при изготовлении проводов с точечным касанием проволок между слоями.- low tensile force, increased deflection arrow, which reduces the operational life of high-voltage lines, high labor costs in the manufacture of wires with a point-contact wire between the layers.
Known wire for overhead power lines containing steel wool
10.08.2010).aluminum-clad wires, characterized in that the thickness of the clad aluminum layer on the surface of the steel wire is within (0.02 ÷ 0.5) mm in such a way that the electric current throughput of the wire is within (0.8 ÷ 8) amperes per square a millimeter of its cross section at the maximum allowable surface temperature of the wire, equal to 250 ° C. (see the description of the invention to RF patent No. 2396617, IPC НВВ 5/04, published on 08/10/2010).
The disadvantage of the known wire include the following:
- при обозначенной толщине слоя плакированного алюминия на поверхности стальной проволоки, для получения требуемого размера поперечного номинального сечения алюминиевого провода, необходимо значительное увеличение количества проволок в данной конструкции провода, что ведет к увеличению его диаметра, массы по отношению к известным применяющимся в настоящее время проводам для ВЛ;- at the indicated thickness of the clad aluminum layer on the surface of the steel wire, in order to obtain the required size of the transverse nominal section of the aluminum wire, a significant increase in the number of wires in this wire design is necessary, which leads to an increase in its diameter and weight in relation to the currently known wires for Overhead line;
Поэтому может возникнуть необходимость в их усилении, в установке дополнительных промежуточных опор в пролетах воздушной линии или установке новых (замене существующих) опор.- for given sag arrows, from wind and ice loads, increased loads are created on the support elements, for which existing supports may not be designed. Therefore, it may be necessary to strengthen them, to install additional intermediate supports in the spans of an overhead line, or to install new (replace existing) supports.
The objective of the claimed utility model is to increase the technical characteristics of bare wire, such as an increase in breaking strength, an increase in the calculated cross section of the conductive part of the wire, a decrease in the electrical resistance of the wire, which will significantly increase the efficiency of the overhead line.

Making bare wire
осуществляется в два этапа:carried out in two stages:
1st stage - core lay with linear touch of wires, left lay direction. The outer surfaces of the core wires are plastically deformed with a compression ratio of 12-18.5% of the core cross-sectional area.
2nd stage - two or three layers of wires with a linear touch, with the same stitch pitch, are made around the core sequentially, the stitch direction is right. The outer surfaces of the wires are plastically deformed with a reduction ratio of 12-18.5% of the cross-sectional area.
Plastic deformation over the cross-sectional area of the wire, helps to seal the wire, increase the filling of the calculated cross-section of the wire by increasing the initial diameter of the wire, eliminate the possible unevenness of the tension of the wires when laying the wire, and neutralize the lay voltage. The resulting outer surface is smoother than that of a wire made of round wires, which can significantly reduce aerodynamic drag and wire dance due to the smaller area of the wire contour.
This allows an uninsulated wire designed to transfer electric energy through an overhead power line of 35 kV and higher, the wires of which are made of an aluminum-based alloy, to increase the breaking strength by 40-55%, increase the design cross-section by 12-17%, and reduce the electrical resistance uninsulated wires by 8-15%, in relation to the used uninsulated wires.
