Description
The utility model relates to hydraulic machines of continuous displacement, namely to submersible centrifugal pumps and can be used for pumping oil and oil products with a high content of paraffin inclusions.
The prior art submersible centrifugal pump, comprising a housing with a suction and pressure cavities, between which are installed guide vanes and impellers on the working shaft connected to the drive shaft using a magnetic coupling, and the suction cavity is fenced with a grid and equipped with a grid cleaner in the form made on a manifold of nozzles facing tangentially along the inner surface of the grid and capable of communicating with the pressure cavity through the cavity of the magnetic coupling and the axial channel of the worker in ala (see patent RU 77653, CL F04D 29/10, publ. 27.10.2008). The disadvantages of the known device are excessive metal consumption and the complexity of the assembly, due to the presence of the Central part of the housing, covering the guide vanes and impellers.
A technical problem is the elimination of these shortcomings and the creation of a lightweight submersible centrifugal pump, which can be used to pump liquids with a high content of paraffin inclusions. The technical result is to simplify the design of the pump. The problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved by the fact that in a submersible centrifugal pump, comprising a housing with a suction and pressure cavities, between which guide devices and impellers are mounted on the working shaft connected to the drive shaft with a magnetic coupling, the suction cavity being enclosed by a grid and equipped with a grid cleaning tool in the form of nozzles made on the manifold facing tangentially along the inner surface of the grid and having the ability to communicate with the pressure cavity h Res magnetic coupling cavity and the axial channel of the working shaft, the housing is formed by independent parts, limiting suction and discharge cavities are pulled directly interconnected via pins disposed and clamped between the guide vanes and impellers.
На фиг. 1 представлен полупогружной электронасосный агрегат предлагаемым погружным центробежным насосом, установленный на люке емкости;In FIG. 1 shows a semi-submersible electric pump unit of the proposed submersible centrifugal pump mounted on the tank hatch;
2 - сам центробежный насос.in FIG. 2 - the centrifugal pump itself.
8.The semi-submersible pump unit is designed to pump liquid from the tank 1 and consists of an electric motor 2 connected to it through the
The
21.Inside the
14.The suction cavity is fenced with a
The proposed pump operates as follows.
22.The working fluid, passing through the
The efficiency of the pump is manifested when working on contaminated and paraffin-containing liquids. Inside the container 1, as a rule, the
At the same time, the described properties of the fluids being pumped, which necessitate equipping the pump with a mesh cleaner, at the same time, allow the working part of the pump to be essentially open-ended, which significantly reduces its weight and simplifies assembly. In this case, the studs create a minimum obstacle for the liquid in terms of area, which means that they do not violate the integrity of the formed layer. Thus, the proposed utility model, in comparison with the prototype, allows to simplify the design of the pump without loss of power.
