Abstract

Использование: в механизации сельскохоз йственного производства, в частности в машинах дл  приготовлени  корма животным дл  снижени  материалоемкости и энергоемкости процесса приготовлени  кормосмеси. Сущность изобретени : мобильный кормоприготовительный агрегат содержит бункер-смеситель со шкафом цепных передач, погрузчик, шасси, выгрузной транспортер и погрузчик. Последний состоит из стрел и надставки, конец которой выполнен вилкообразной формы и посредством шарнира соединен с ковшом. Ковш снабжен измельчителем с противоре- жущей пластиной, установленным на рамке, котора  посредством шарнира закреплена на планке, а последн   жестко закреплена на ковше и имеет винт. Измельчите ль оснащен кожухом и направл ющим рукавом. Под действием центробежной силы измельчен- на масса соломы по направл ющему рукаву 23 поступает в ковш 15 до полного его наполнени . После этого погрузчиком 3 ковш 15 устанавливают над бункером-смесителем 1 и под действием гидроцилиндра 30 открывают клапан 32 и выгружают измельченную солому из ковша 15 в бункер-смеситель 1. После очередного наполнени  ковша 15 измельченным кормом измельчитель 16 отключают, а перед наполнением включают.
