Description
The invention relates to devices for separating suspensions in the field of centrifugal forces and can be used in the chemical, food and other industries, including agriculture, in particular for the separation of wastewater from livestock farms.
Цель изобретени - снижение энергетических затрат на фильтрование и повышение эффективности разделени .The purpose of the invention is to reduce the energy costs of filtering and increase the separation efficiency.
2.. In Fig.1 shows a centrifuge, a side view in section: in Fig.2 is also a top view; in Fig.3 - section aa in Fig.2.
4.The centrifuge contains a rotor fixed on a vertical shaft 1, made in the form of filter blades radially fixed on the hub 2, including a frame 3, a sieve 4.
К . The inclined plates 5 are attached to the frames 3 of adjacent blades so that each of them overlaps the gap between adjacent blades and the surface
The frames 3 are inserted into the longitudinal grooves of the hub 2, made with a reverse cone.
A vertical wall 6 is attached to the periphery of the inclined plate 5, which serves to prevent the liquid phase from entering the solid.
15.A blade is attached to the wall 6 from the periphery of the rotor. The centrifuge rotor is housed in a casing 8, in the side wall of which a window 9 is provided for outputting the solid fraction. The cover may be covered by a cover. A liquid phase receiver 10 is placed under the casing, an actuator 11 is mounted on top of the rotor, mounted on the frame 12 and a pipe 13 for supplying the suspension. The pipe 13 is offset from the center of the rotor. The hub 2 on the shaft 1 together with the blades is fixed by a clamping washer 14 and a nut 15.
The centrifuge operates as follows.

The suspension through the nozzle 13 is fed into the rotor; when the rotor rotates, the blades cross the suspension flow, each blade captures (cuts off) a portion of the suspension flow, which, under the action of centrifugal forces, tends to the periphery of the blades, while the liquid phase passes through the filtering surface of the sieve 4 and reflected from the inclined plate 5 enters the receiver of the liquid phase 10, and the solid fraction (precipitate) on the surface of the sieve 4 enters the casing 8, from which it is blown out of the centrifuge by the blades 7 through the window 9.
Кроме того, при подаче потока суспензии на лопасти будет иметь место удар, при этом, часть св занной жидкости переходит в свободное состо ние, при этом повышаетс степень разделени ..Thus, equipping the centrifuge rotor with inclined plates 5 will make it possible to reduce energy costs and increase separation efficiency during centrifuge operation by activating the removal of liquid from the rotor and eliminating its mass from the rotational movement. In addition, when a suspension stream is applied to the blades, an impact will take place, in this case, part of the bound liquid goes into a free state, while the degree of separation increases.
Далее при разделении суспензий с волокнистыми и крупноразмерными включени ми повышаетс эффективность и технологическа надежность, поскольку исходна суспензи подаетс непосредственно на лопасти подаетс непосредственно на лопасти ротора (в камеру разделени ).Further, when separating suspensions with fibrous and large-sized inclusions, the efficiency and process reliability are increased, since the initial suspension is fed directly to the blades and fed directly to the rotor blades (into the separation chamber).
Thus, the use of the proposed centrifuge will reduce the specific energy costs, and also will allow to separate suspensions with different
