Abstract
The utility model relates to the field of radio engineering and can be used to measure temperature in multisensor monitoring systems. A passive anti-collision temperature sensor based on surface acoustic waves with a time-frequency code difference is proposed. The sensor contains a topology containing reflective structures, the reflection coefficient of which is determined by the corresponding frequency изменение, and a change in the position of the reflectors in the event of a change in ambient temperature entails a change in the phase of the last three pulses of the response signal, which makes it possible to separate, identify by two information signs - time and frequency, as well as measuring the temperature of many passive temperature sensors in the reading zone of the reader, thereby resolving the collision that arose between passive sensors and surface acoustic wave temperatures. The technical result is the separation of signals from several temperature sensors in the frequency and time domain, if, while polling multiple passive sensors with a reader, the response signals of the sensors overlap each other in time, which thereby solves the problem of collision in multisensor monitoring systems. 2 ill.
Description
The utility model relates to the field of radio engineering and can be used to measure temperature in multisensor monitoring systems.
Known passive temperature sensor for surface acoustic waves (RF patent No. 2585487, H01L 41/08, G01K 11/24) containing a sealed enclosure in which there is a piezoelectric sound duct with a large temperature delay coefficient (TKZ) of the order of 10 -4 1 / degree, on the working surface of which are interdigital transducers (IDT) with the same center frequency , one of which is loaded on a transceiver antenna, and the other interdigital transducer (IDT) is reflective and one piezoelectric sound duct with a small TKZ is 50-100 times smaller compared to a TKZ of the order of 10 -4 1 / degree, at which two IDTs with the same central frequency are also located , one of which is electrically connected to the transceiver antenna in parallel with the IDT located on the sound duct with a large TKZ, and the other IDT is reflective.
The disadvantage of this sensor is structural redundancy and large losses during the propagation of acoustic pulses through two sound ducts, which reduces the possible distance for reading temperature information.
A known method of resolving a collision in a set of sensors and a device for its implementation (RF patent No. 2585911, in which a set of N sensors are formed on the delay lines on surface acoustic waves, the sensor reflectors are placed on piezoelectric substrates in the following order: the first reflector of the first sensor, the first reflector the second sensor, the first reflector of the Nth sensor, then the second reflector of the first sensor, the second reflector of the second sensor, the second reflector of the Nth sensor, the third reflector of the first sensor, the third reflector in of the second sensor, the third reflector of the Nth sensor, polls the sensors, receives the sensor response signals and processes them, while for each sensor, determine the signal delay time between the first and third reflectors, determine the phase difference for the virtual delay time, the phase difference for the delay time between the first and second reflectors and the phase difference between the first and third reflectors, which determine the value of the controlled physical quantity, the obtained values are transmitted to the device with boron data.
The disadvantage of the invention is the lack of an additional information feature, which allows to increase the number of simultaneously interrogated passive sensors on surface acoustic waves.
Closest to the claimed technical solution is a solution that uses weighted reflector arrays for orthogonally frequency coded surface acoustic waves, tags and sensors (Patent US 7961105 B2) located on the surface of the piezoelectric substrate of the temperature sensor, which contains a broadband input transducer and reflective arrays with many weighted reflectors. The device receives an orthogonal polling signal, and in response transmits an orthogonal frequency-coded signal, which allows obtaining temperature information.
The disadvantage of this solution is the possibility of using only orthogonally frequency coding, which limits the number of simultaneously polled labels in a collision environment.
The technical problem and the technical result
The main task to be solved by the utility model of a passive anti-collision temperature sensor on surface acoustic waves with a time-frequency code difference is the separation of response responses from sensors containing temperature information under conditions of a collision of many labels, i.e., superposition of response signals to each other in time that impedes the processing of information while polling with a reader.
The technical result consists in the separation of signals from several sensors in the frequency and time domain, while polling the reader, if the response pulses of the signals from several passive sensors overlap in time, preventing the processing of information to determine the ambient temperature. Thus, the problem of collisions of several passive sensors is solved. The result is achieved due to the presence in the sensor topology of a broadband interdigital converter, sequentially arranged orthogonally frequency-coded structures in time slots, allowing to obtain the identification code of each sensor in a collision condition and sequentially arranged reflectors, allowing to obtain temperature information.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that in each of the 4 slots there is only one orthogonally frequency coded reflective structure, which has a reflection coefficient for acoustic pulses, depending on a specific frequency. If this frequency coincides with the carrier frequency of the kth pulse , acoustic pulses are reflected back into IDT, and the remaining pulses continue to propagate until they encounter a structure whose reflection coefficient is determined by the frequency coinciding with the carrier frequency of the pulse. Last acoustic pulse having a frequency Having passed through all reflective structures, it encounters heterogeneity in its path in the form of a group of three reflectors. Part of the pulse is reflected, and part passes to the next reflector, where also part is reflected, and part passes to the last reflector [1-3]. Thus, the response signal is a sequence of 7 pulses delayed in time, where the first four pulses have non-repeating carrier frequencies, and the last three are the same carrier frequency. The carrier frequencies of the first four pulses and the time delays between them determine the identification code of the temperature sensor, and the time delay between the last three pulses determines the ambient temperature.

The proposed utility model operates as follows. The reader emits a signal of the form:

Where and , the initial and final time of the interrogation signal, respectively, A is the amplitude of the signal, w k is the frequency of the kth pulse, ϕ k is the phase of the kth pulse, N is the number of pulses for the duration of the interrogation signal, is the carrier frequency of the last pulse in the composition of the interrogation signal, ϕ 0 is the initial phase of the frequency for the last impulse.
6.A passive anti-collision temperature sensor on surface acoustic waves with a time-frequency code difference, shown in FIG. 1, consists of a
The incoming interrogation electromagnetic signal is converted using IDT into a signal in the form of surface acoustic waves, which completely repeats the interrogation signal in form. Acoustic pulses propagate over the surface of a piezoelectric substrate. If the carrier frequency of the k-th pulse coincides with the frequency that determines the reflection coefficient of the k-th reflecting structure, this pulse is reflected back into the IDT. The remaining pulses continue to propagate until they reach reflective structures, for which the frequency determining the reflection coefficient coincides with the carrier frequency of the acoustic pulse. The reflected pulses come back to the IDT, and in this way the response of the identification mark is formed in the form of successive pulses.
Carrier Pulse , which does not coincide with any of the orthogonally encoded
