Description
Предлагаемые МДП предназначены дл замены подложек из алюмооксидной керамики .The invention relates to the field of inorganic glass-ceramic materials and is intended for use in electronic technology for the manufacture of metal-dielectric substrates (MIS), more specifically, coatings on chromium steels, are relatively strong and have a phase transition in the range of burning temperatures of dielectric coatings and to enable the use of cermet resistors, for example based on ruthenium. The proposed TIRs are intended to replace alumina ceramic substrates.
A disadvantage of the known coating is the inconsistency of the properties of the coating with chromium steel substrates having phase transitions in the temperature range of coating formation. The coating is not compatible with ruthenium-based resistors and has a low adhesion strength to steel.
The aim of the invention is to ensure that the properties of the coating are consistent with chromium steel substrates having phase transitions in the temperature range of coating formation, compatibility with ruthenium-based resistors, and increased adhesion to steel.
причем стекло имеет состав, мас.%:The goal is achieved in that the glass-ceramic material contains, wt.%: Glass 94-98.8; alumina 1.2-6.0. moreover, the glass has a composition, wt.%:

Glass for the glass ceramic material was synthesized from appropriate amounts of silica, boric acid, barium carbonate and magnesium oxide. Glass in the form of granules was obtained by rolling between metal rollers.
см, npo6.V кВ/мм).The coating was applied by screen printing in the form of a paste / The thickness of the dielectric layer on the metal after applying 5-6 layers, drying at 120 ° C and annealing at 830 ° C is 120-150 microns. A paste was prepared by mixing powders of glass, corundum (or ct-AlaOa) and a liquid organic binder. The coating has high dielectric properties (p 1014 Ohm.cm, npo6.V kV / mm).
The invention is illustrated by the specific compositions and properties of coatings based on them, shown in the table.
Metal-dielectric substrates based on steels that do not require additional technological processing and are widely supplied by industry are expediently used in original designs requiring high strength, complex dimensions and holes. TIR manufacturing techniques are many times cheaper than ceramic substrates, due to the low yield and use of expensive diamond grinding powders.
The use of the composition makes it possible to ensure simultaneous coordination with chromium steels having phase transitions in the range of burning temperatures of the dielectric coating and ruthenium resistors.
