Сущность изобретени : устройство выполнено в виде стержн  с п тигранной частью, пр моугольной средней частью и концом цилиндрической формы. П тое ребро п тигранной части противоположно основанию с прилежащими пр мыми углами. П тигранна  часть дугообразно изогнута с вогнутостью по п тому ребру. Пр моугольна  часть изогнута в плоскости, перпендикул рной плоскости изгиба п тигранной части. Три грани п тигранной части совпадают с гран ми пр моугольной части.
