Description
The invention relates to the field of modification of aliphatic glass-filled polyamides and can be widely used in industries using molded parts made of filled polyamides.
Known glass-filled polyamide.
The disadvantage of this composition is poor processability as a result of the spinning of the glass fiber due to poor adhesion of the polymer matrix to the glass fiber, insufficient heat resistance and low impact strength.

Closest to the technical nature of the claimed composition is a glass-filled polyamide composition comprising, as a modifying additive, silicone oil PMS-150 (2). The optimum amount of oil is 4%. However, such an amount of oil, while achieving good anti-friction performance, does not lead to a significant improvement in physical and mechanical characteristics.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the processability by increasing the adhesive strength of the polymer matrix to the glass fiber, the heat resistance and the physicomechanical properties of the glass-filled polyamide.

The use of said bottoms to modify glass-filled PA is not known.
Since in the process of obtaining methylphenylsiloxane products 133-176 it is necessary to wash them with hydrochloric acid, the bottom residue has a pH of 3. As a result, it combines well with the polymer matrix and, penetrating into the intermolecular space, causes structural changes in the molecular and supramolecular level.
A bottoms content is proposed in the range of 0.5-3 May. % since below 0.5 and above 3%, a sufficient improvement in properties is not achieved.
