Обеспечение почтовыми марками или другими знаками почтовой оплаты происходит путем выдачи почтовых марок через устройства выдачи или франкированием или использованием для печати маркированной фотобумаги. Доставка почтовых карточек, открыток, конвертов опущенных в почтовый ящик устройства адресату производится путем доставки всей собранной в почтовом ящике корреспонденции подразделению национальной почтовой службы.
