Description
The utility model relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to the electrical contacts of low-voltage electrical relays.
A contact device for an electric [1] is known, comprising a current-conducting plate, a contact part holder attached to it with a contact part fixed therein, the holder consisting of an upper cylindrical and lower conical part, and the contact part is made in the form of truncated cylinders cone, while the conical surface of the contact part is reciprocal for the inner conical surface of the holder, the cylindrical part of the holder is divided by grooves into four segments, while one pair is diametrically opposed of the opposite segments elastically fixes the contact part in the holder, and the second fixes the holder on the conductive plate.
The disadvantage of this electrical contact is the low degree of reliability of fixing the contact part in the holder, due to mounting with two segments, the low degree of reliability of fixing the holder of the contact part on the current-supply plate with two segments with the possibility of horizontal displacement and, as a result, the possibility of unstable electrical contact, as well as low-tech manufacturing of the contact part, since the contact part has the shape of a body of revolution, then during its manufacture A large amount of waste is used; besides, a special tool is required for its production.
75-87°.The closest in technical essence and the achieved result to the claimed device is an electric contact selected as a prototype [2], containing a contact part, which is a silver rivet and a device for fixing it. The device is made in the form of a current-carrying holder equipped with elastic elements with petals, while the contact part is made in the form of a truncated pyramid with a base in the form of a rectangle, and the elastic elements fix the contact part from three sides. The faces of the truncated pyramid are located to the base at an angle of 75-87 °.
The disadvantage of this electrical contact is the high cost of manufacturing, due to the use of silver as the contact part. Also, the material from which the contact part is made has low wear and erosion resistance.
The objective of the claimed utility model is to reduce the cost of manufacturing an electrical contact and increase the operational characteristics of the contact part, namely, wear and erosion resistance.
The problem is solved as follows. An electrical contact containing a contact part and a device for fixing it, made in the form of a current-carrying holder equipped with elastic elements with petals, while the contact part is made in the form of a truncated pyramid with bases in the form of a rectangle, and the elastic elements fix the contact part from three parties. According to the technical solution, the contact part is made of copper rivets, deposited on its surface, by the method of electric explosive spraying, an electroerosion-resistant coating based on chromium, chromium carbide and copper.
Electro-explosive spraying of an electroerosion-resistant coating includes an electric explosion of a composite electrically exploded conductor, consisting of a two-layer flat copper sheath weighing 60-360 mg and a core in the form of chromium and graphite powders, taken in a 5: 1 ratio, weighing 0.5-2, 0 shell mass, formation of the explosion products polyphase pulse plasma jet, its melting copper surface in electrical contact with the absorbed power density 4.5-6.5 GW / m 2, the deposition on the surface of products discontinuity thereon and forming a composite coating system Cr-C-Cu and subsequent periodic pulsed electron-beam treatment of the surface coating when the absorbed energy density of 40-60 J / cm 2, a pulse duration of 150-200 microseconds and the number of pulses of 10-30 cpm.
The products of the destruction of a composite electrically exploded conductor form a plasma jet, which serves as an instrument for forming a composite coating with a filled structure [3] formed by chromium, chromium carbides, and copper on the surface of a copper electrical contact.
Two phases are present in the structure of the Cr – Cu system alloys: solid solutions based on copper (α) and chromium (β) [4]. In the Cr-Cu system with a copper content of (4-45) at. % at a temperature of (1768 ± 8) ° C, monotectic equilibrium is observed. At a temperature of 1074.8 ° C, a eutectic transformation was detected. The eutectic fluid contains 1.56 at. % Cr. In the range of copper concentrations (18.8-45) at. % is the region of separation of two liquids L1 and L2. In the solid state, two phases coexist in the Cu-Cr system: an α-solid solution of chromium in copper and a β-solid solution of copper in chromium. Due to the very low solubility of copper in chromium in the solid state (at 1150 ° C, 0.06% and decreases to almost zero at lower temperatures [4, 5]), the second solid phase is almost pure chromium. Therefore, on the basis of the Cu-Cr system, it is possible to create precipitation hardening copper alloys with high electrical conductivity and hardness.
The drawing shows an electrical contact in disassembled form.
1.3.The electrical contact includes a current-
Thus, the claimed electrical contact is most effective, in comparison with the known ones, it has high electrical discharge resistance, which increases its service life, as well as the relative cheapness of manufacture.
