Abstract
1 з.п. (ЛThe invention relates to electron beam welding of pipes, in particular to welding of a vertically mounted fixed rotary lap joint of the outer and inner tubes. It can be used in industries using welded pipes and tube products of metals with low viscosity in the molten state, for example, titanium. The purpose of the invention is to provide guaranteed weld sizes when welding ellipse joints lying in a plane located at an angle of the angle of symmetry of the pipes. The outer 1 and inner 2 pipes are joined to form a non-rotating lap joint with one axis of symmetry 1-1. The electron beam 3 is twice refracted relative to the axis II-II of the electron emitter 4. The upper end 5 of the pipe 1 is also inclined to the axis il-ll and has an elliptical configuration, and the pipes 1 and 2 are joined so that the upper end 6 of the pipe 2 is located above the upper point 7 the upper end of the pipe 1. The interface line of the end 5 and the outer surface of the pipe 2 is a junction within which an ellipse weld is formed. 1 s.p. f-ly, 2 ill. (L
