F21S 8/00, 2008 [1]).A lighting device is known comprising a housing with an inwardly facing base, a board with LEDs and a power supply. In this case, the board with LEDs is glued to the outside of the base, and the power supply is glued to the inside of the base. The power supply and the board with LEDs are connected by wires (RF patent No. 77023 for utility model, IPC F21S 8/00, 2008 [1]).
The disadvantage of this lighting device [1] is that when performing flexible wires connecting the power supply and the board with LEDs, they sag and twist. Work description.
When the lamp is turned on, the LED power is supplied through the electrical inputs (7) to the batteries (4) of the additional circuit board (2). From the batteries (4), electric current flows through hard, mostly uninsulated wires (6) to the electronic components (3) of the main circuit board (1). During operation of the LED lamp, the LEDs (3) of the main circuit board (1) emit light and dissipate heat, and the batteries (4) of the additional circuit board (2) dissipate heat. Since the batteries (4) are located in the cavity (10) of the radiator (8), the number of non-luminous zones on the surface of the main circuit board is reduced. The heat generated during operation of the LEDs (3) is removed through the main circuit board (1) and the radiator (8) to the external environment. The heat generated by the batteries (4) is dissipated through an additional printed circuit board (2) and a radiator (8) into the environment.
The use of the inventive LED lamp is to install it in an appropriate cartridge lighting system. The inventive LED lamp can be installed instead of a discharge lamp. In this case, additional switching of conductors suitable for the cartridge is required, associated with the disconnection of the elements ensuring the operation of the gas discharge lamp (chokes, ballasts, ballasts), and the connection of the claimed LED lamp directly to the power supply.
Thus, from the foregoing, it follows that in the inventive LED lamp, the claimed technical result: "simplifying the design and reducing material consumption" is achieved due to the fact that the LED lamp contains at least one main printed circuit board with electronic components mounted on it, mounted on a radiator, an additional printed circuit board with power elements mounted on it, located in the cavity of the radiator. In this case, the main and additional printed circuit boards are electrically connected by wires. In this case, the wires are made rigid and placed in the area of the side cutout of the radiator.
