Between the movable communication element and the lower support part, a flat swing plate is made, made in the form of a lever of the second kind, on the one hand kinematically connected to the lower support part, and on the other hand freely supported on this support part through an intermediate elastic element mounted on it. On the upper surface of a flat swinging plate, a profiled recess is preliminarily made for a mobile communication element (RU 2165496 C1, E02D 27/34, 04/20/2001).

5.The foundation of an earthquake-resistant (seismically insulated) new, existing or reconstructed building or structure contains reinforced concrete or stone supporting structures 1 and special, including redundant seismic insulating elements 2, made with the possibility of perceiving the vertical load P with slight deformations from the overlying supporting structures 3 of the building or structure and significant, but reversible deformations under the action of horizontal loads N. For this, each of the seismic insulating elements 2 includes a bottom the upper and the upper thick-walled plates 4 and the composite working elastic body 5 located between them. The elastic body 5 is made in the form of a multilayer structure and consists of rigid layers 6, adhesively bonded to each other by layers 7 of an isotropic polymer elastomer, preferably from a group of chloroprene rubbers. The rigid layers 6 can be made of metal, hard plastic or composite, with neoprene being preferably used as an elastomer. The outer surfaces 8 of the thick-walled plates 4 are made flat and connected to the rest of the foundation by means of connecting elements 9 and / or embedded parts 10, and the inner sides 11 of the thick-walled plates 4 are connected to the elastic body 5.
Reinforced concrete and / or stone foundation structures can be made in the form of a tape (figure 4), pile (figure 1), including with screw and other types of piles, with a grillage in the form of a plate (figure 5), including in the form of a ribbed plate (Fig.6), columnar (Fig.8) foundation. When reconstructing existing and constructing new buildings and structures, mixed foundations can be used.
The foundation can also be made in the form of many separate foundations, for example, cups for columns (not shown conditionally), while at least part of the separate foundations, and preferably each foundation is equipped with at least one seismic insulating element 2. The foundation, in the case of supporting such long vertical load-bearing structures as walls, includes expansion joints 12 between the seismic isolating elements 2, separating the foundation from the said vertical overlying structures 3. A polymer sealant or other material may be located in the seam, which does not prevent the vertical bearing structures from shifting relative to the foundation at the time of horizontal seismic actions (not shown conditionally). In addition to the described seams, the foundation can additionally include any other expansion joints of known structures arranged in the foundations in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents and design standards. When installing a seismically insulated foundation under load-bearing walls, seismic insulating elements are installed along the length of the wall with a certain step, including preferably at the intersection of the walls.
В случае реконструированного здания сейсмоизолирующие элементы соединены с железобетонными конструкциями через дополнительные армированные пояса 13 (фиг.9, 10) и/или ростверки 14 и/или оголовки (условно не показаны).In the case of a reconstructed building, seismic insulating elements are connected to reinforced concrete structures through additional reinforced belts 13 (Figs. 9, 10) and / or grillages 14 and / or heads (not shown conditionally).
When constructing a new building or structure, it is possible that the foundation is additionally equipped with an upper supporting structure, on which the overlying building structures are supported, preferably with a reinforced concrete slab 15, the lower part of which 16 is connected to the upper thick-walled plates 4 of seismic insulating elements 2. In this case, when seismic impacts the upper the supporting structure oscillates relative to the bottom.
If there are piles 17 in the foundation, the foundation plate and / or foundation grill can be made resting on piles of various types, while the seismic insulating elements 2 are located between the pile head and the grillage, either above the grillage or between the pile head and the slab, or in the body of the pile.
1.In the case of a reconstructed building or structure, reinforced concrete or stone supporting structures can be reinforced with metal, reinforced concrete or composite reinforcements of the traditional type 18, located along the supporting structures 1.
To fix to the supporting structures of the foundation in the thick-walled plates of seismic insulating elements, holes 19 are made, and each of the embedded parts 10 (Fig. 11) is made in the form of a plate with through holes (not shown), which is flat from the outside of the plate. The number and arrangement of through holes of embedded parts 10 corresponds to the number and arrangement of holes 19 in the lower thick-walled plates 4. Hollow elements 20 of cylindrical shape, the inner surfaces of which are threaded, are connected to the plate from the inside, while connecting elements 9 are missing into said holes in both plates twisted into hollow elements 20. The embedded part is provided with at least one anchor 21, also fixed on the inner side of the plate.
Также для повышения сопротивления сдвигу слоев 6, 7 и обеспечения затухания энергии при землетрясении сеймоизолирующие элементы 2 могут включать сердечники 23 из упругого, упруго-пластического или пластического, предпочтительно, изотропного материала, например, мягкого металла или сплава, например, свинца, олова, алюминия (фиг.3).The seismic insulating element 2 to protect the layers 6, 7 and / or to increase the shear resistance of the layers 6, 7 relative to each other can be provided with a clip 22, covering the elastic body 5, and the clip 22 is made of an elastic and elastomeric material. Also, to increase the shear resistance of the layers 6, 7 and to provide attenuation of energy during an earthquake, the seismic insulating elements 2 may include cores 23 of elastic, elasto-plastic or plastic, preferably isotropic material, for example, a soft metal or alloy, for example, lead, tin, aluminum (figure 3).
To vary the physicomechanical properties of the seismic insulating element 2 depending on the specific loading conditions, the rigid and elastomeric layers 6, 7 along the height of the elastic body 5 can be made of different thicknesses, from different materials (rubbers, metals, composites), have different elastic moduli and etc. For example, the materials can be selected so that the elastic modulus of the elastomeric layers 7 will vary along the length of the elastic body 5 according to a linear or non-linear-elastic law, increasing from top to bottom of the device.
Between the holder 22 and the elastic body 5 can be located a layer (not shown conventionally) to protect the elastomeric material from external influences, prevent aging and loss of elastic and elastic properties, as well as protection from fire. The mentioned layer should be made of substances chemically neutral to the elastomer layers, such as, for example, non-combustible heat-resistant and non-oxidizing lubricating oils from organofluorine compounds.
To reduce the flexibility of the elastic body 5 and increase its return force in the layers 6, 7, additional through holes can be made into which flexible rods or several rods assembled in bundles are passed, each of the rods being rigidly fixed in at least one thick-walled plate 4 (conventionally not shown). The rods may be metal or made of plastic or composite materials.
Возможен вариант выполнения устройства, когда упругий сердечник 23 и обойма 22 выполнены из того же материала, что и эластомерные слои 7 и монолитно соединены с ними (условно не показано).An embodiment of the device is possible when the elastic core 23 and the cage 22 are made of the same material as the elastomeric layers 7 and are seamlessly connected to them (not shown conditionally).
100%.To ensure stability under heavy load, it is preferable that the height of the elastic body 5 does not exceed its width, and the ratio of the elastic modulus of the material of the hard layers 6 to the elastic modulus of the elastomeric layers 7 of an isotropic polymer elastomer lies in the range from 25,000 to 40,000 with a relative elongation of up to 100 %
In addition, the foundation can be equipped with additional active or passive seismic protection systems (not shown conditionally), aimed at the perception of vertical loads, or limiters 24 movements.
The limiter 24 movements can be performed, for example, in the form of two parts - the first part in the form of a rod 25 and the second part in the form of a pipe 26 or other closed shell. In this case, one of the parts - the pipe 26, or the rod 25 is vertically mounted or monolithic in the reinforced concrete support structure 3 of the foundation, and the other part is made with the possibility of anchoring in the upstream structures of the building or structure.
The proposed design works as follows.
In a static state, in the absence of horizontal load, the supporting structure perceives through the seismic insulating elements the vertical load from the weight of the overlying building structures without special deformations due to optimally selected materials of the device. At the time of an earthquake, seismic activity, or other third-party emerging load, the structures of a building or structure experience both horizontal and vertical loads. Alternating loads are especially dangerous, the distribution of which in a building or structure goes from the foundation to the upper part. Therefore, it is most expedient to install seismic insulating elements exactly at the foundation level. If such seismic isolation is absent, the aforementioned efforts can lead to irreversible deformations and subsequent destruction of vertical structures in the foundation zone, displacement of their axes, which ultimately can lead to loss of the bearing capacity and / or stability by some of the most exposed elements, which in turn, can lead to the complete destruction of a building or structure. The proposed design of a reconstructed or erected building or structure provides for the use of damping multilayer devices - seismically insulating elements, in which the indicated load is perceived by its rigid and elastomeric layers without irreversible deformations of vertical structures. The seismic insulating elements can be equipped with both individual, most seismically vulnerable vertical structures of buildings or structures, such as walls and columns, as well as all vertical structures, as well as equipment, without exception. In the latter case, the upper part 27 of the building or structure installed on the damper multilayer supports under the action of seismic load fluctuates relative to the lower foundation part 28 (Fig. 1) of the building located under the seismic insulating elements.
During seismic isolation of the bearing walls, preferably, openings 29 are made or provided in their lower part, in which reinforced belts 13 are installed and seismic insulating elements 2 are placed. In order to ensure free movement of the wall relative to the foundation between adjacent openings, expansion joints 12 are made by in the wall of a through channel or slot. At the same time, the overlying supporting structures 3, supported by seismic insulating elements, can be reinforced with additional reinforcement 30, for example, reinforced concrete belts, framing, shirts, shotcrete, etc. In the case of significant deterioration or insufficient strength of the material of the walls or columns, reinforcement with reinforced concrete over the entire area of their external surfaces is possible.
When reconstructing and restoring a building (structure), it is possible to apply technical solutions with deepening the lower basement to an appropriate level (depth), depending on the underlying soil of the base and special water protection measures. At the same time, foundations and ground structures can be performed with new, partially new ones with reinforcement of the elements left. Seismic insulating foundations can be performed under the buried basements of reconstructed buildings. After performing seismic isolation during reconstruction in conjunction with other measures to strengthen the supporting structures of buildings, it is possible to install additional floors, superstructures and attics.
12.The seismic insulating foundation in a new building or structure is performed in a similar way with the preliminary arrangement of openings 29 or niches for seismic insulating elements 2, placement directly, without additional reinforced belts 13, in the supporting structures of the foundations of embedded parts and, if necessary, expansion joints 12.
The described structures are also carried out under the buried basements of the reconstructed buildings or structures located on the pile foundation. When reconstructing and restoring such a building or structure, it is also possible to deepen the lower basement to an appropriate level (depth) depending on the underlying soil of the base and special water protection measures, and the foundations and ground structures are made new, partially new with reinforcement of the elements left. When new, partially new ones are reinforced with the elements left hanging in the form of hanging piles, they are pressed to a layer of soil foundation capable of absorbing the calculated loads during an earthquake.
Seismic isolating elements 2 extinguish a significant part of the energy of the earthquake without destroying the vertical structures and irreversible deformations, which can entail significant destruction or complete loss of stability of the entire building or structure.
The use of the described foundations in buildings and structures, structures will significantly increase their dynamic stability and seismic resistance, which is especially important for buildings and structures in seismically active areas.
