Abstract

Invention belongs to the field of chemistry and more precisely an agent for treating fire extinguishing material and prevention or diminishing fire danger. Subject matter of the invention solves a technical problem of obtaining a solution, the active principles of the components thereof enable quick and efficient fire extinguishing, i.e. bring to their significant slowing down and that improve properties of the material for the purpose of prevention of its ignition and burning, herewith significantly reducing possibility for breaking out the fire or the harmful effects thereof. This is achieved so that the treating the material employs the solution of the compound of anhydrated calcium chloride (CaCl2), agents for soaking in weight ratios adjusted to the type of material that is treated, and hereupon thereon almost momentarily there comes to coating the hygroscopic layer that efficiently prevents breaking out the fire, acting as a retarding agent or with water bringing about its more efficient extinguishing.
