Abstract

Universal ecological electrical mill for mincing all vegetable matters is worked out to comply to the mincing demands of any vegetable matter, all up to powder consistency, and therewith to retain a completely natural composition and to be ecological. Main characteristics and the subject of the invention comprise in the fact that the knives that mince, are neither blades, nor axes, or a puck alike the milling stone, but circular saw-like knives (6) connected in the form of a bundle. Bundle of knives (6) is arranged onto a driving axle (2), that with at least one its part, and together with knives, is set in a housing of the mill and is of an irregular circular shape (5), by its other part into a hermetically closed cylindrical housing (1) on the outlet part of which is mounted a belt (4) being by means of a wedged belt connected to the belt of the driving electro-motor. On the upper opening of the housing of the mill (5) there is a gate valve mounted so as to regulate a quantity of the entry of material (11) from the rectangular lip (10) wherein is inserted material for mincing. On the bottom part of the housing of the mill (5) mounted are semicircular sieves for sieving the minced material (8). On the upper part of the housing (1) over the added pieces (12) there is a metal plate (13) welded, by means of which the whole mill is fixed to a stand of certain construction. All the parts of the mill where there comes to the touch with vegetable matters are made of a stainless steel, thus the products of mincing are completely ecological and of natural composition and usable even for production of foodstuff products.
