Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu si la un cuptor tunel pentru arderea produselor ceramice, care contin în vederea produselor ceramice, care contin în vederea arderii, componenti combustibili, produsele ceramice devenind poroase dupa arderea combustibililor respectivi. Procedeul, conform onventiei, consta în aceea ca gazele arse care rezulta în zona de ardere în timpul arderii se absorb de-a lungul zonei de ardere de niste conducte colectoare si sunt amestecate cu aer de racire si aer proaspat într-o conducta de amestec, fiind apoi injectate decalat într-un preîncalzitor dispus de o parte si de alta a zonei de preîncalzire prin cele doua laturi ale sale. Materialul ceramic de încarcare este uscat prin curent transversal si încalzit la temperatura de 80..150 grade C fara sa atinga temperatura de semicarbonizare si de aprindere, iar în vederea uniformizarii temperaturii materialului de încarcare, a aprinderii si a arderii complete a gazelor, aerul de ardere se injecteaza variabil cu o viteza de aproximativ 100 m/s în întreaga zona de ardere, fiind condus, în cazul unei temperaturi excesive de ardere, din zona de ardere catre aerul de racire.The invention relates to a process and to a tunnel furnace for the burning of ceramic products containing ceramic products containing for combustion, fuel components, ceramic products becoming porous after combustion of said fuels.
