Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a sulfului tehnic din concentrate apoase cu sulf, rezultate de la flotatie minereurilor cu continut de sulf elementar. Procedeul, conform inventiei, consta în încalzirea materiei prime la o temperatura de125-140 degree C si o presiune de 3-4 at., sub agitare, rezultînd un amestec de sulf topit, apa supraîncalzita si steril care se mentine sub agitare la aceasta temperatura timp de 5-15 min, apoi este supus filtrarii obtinîndu-se ca filtrat o faza lichidasi o faza solida. Faza lichida fiind alcatuita din sulf topit si apa supraîncalzita din care dupa colectare, se separa sulful de densitate, sulful lichid avînd un continut de 99,5-99,9% sulf elementar, fiind apoi solidificat prin racire. Faza solidarez ultata prin filtrare fiind constituit dintr-un reziduu silicios cu un continut de 2-12% sulf elementar, iar apa supraîncalzita recuperata fiind reutilizata ca agent termic.
