Abstract

Procedeu de obtinere a unei mase de filare pe baza de xantogenat de celuloza, caracterizat prin aceea ca, în scopul obtinerii unei mase de filare cu un continut de sulf provenit din polisulfuri si polisulfati de cel mult 0,09% respectiv de 0,29% raportat la grutatea celulozei din vîscoza alcaliceluloza dezintegrata si depolimerizata, este tratata cu sulfura de carbon în exces de 10...25% fata de gradul de substitutie predeterminat dorit al xantogenatului, la o temperatura de 21...25 degree C si o presiune de 110...500 mmHg, dupa care xantogenatul de celuloza obtinut este tratat cu hidroxid de sodiu în vederea obtinerii masei de filare, care în continuare, este prelucrata sub forma de fir de matase în vîscoza.
