According to the invention, the bearing with damping comprises a main disc (1) in monobloc construction with the outer ring of the bearing or with the holder bearing boxes onto which the rotor shaft is beared, the main disc (1) being integral with a friction plate (4) located inside some double action collars (3) fasten onto the machine or the equipment stator thereto the main disc (1) is also elastically linked by means of some elastic bars (2) located as a squirrel cage, the activation/drive and control of the double action collars (3) being achieved/made depending on the damping degree, in an automatic system by means of hydraulic a pressure circuit.
