The irrigation sprinkler head is intended e.g. for vineyards etc., and is secured to a stationary pipe supplied with water. It consists of two parts, the first having a stem (2) detachably secured to the pipe (1), e.g. by screwing, and the second one having an interchangeable nozzle (3) fitting on the stem. The nozzle has one or more apertures through which the drops of water are delivered. The heads are spaced along the pipe at intervals consistent with the water permeability of the soil. The stem can taper from its end connected to the pipe, and the interior recess for it in the nozzle can be correspondingly tapered.
