O INVENTO É CONSTITUÍDO POR UM REATOR EXTERNO (1), UM REATOR INTERNO (12), DOIS QUEIMADORES DE GÁS (9) LOCALIZADOS NAS PAREDES DO REATOR EXTERNO (1), UMA FORNALHA EXTERNA (2) ONDE SE LOCALIZA O QUEIMADOR PRINCIPAL (7), UMA CAIXA DE DISTRIBUIÇÃO CIRCULAR (5), UM PERMUTADOR DE CALOR (13), UM COMPRESSOR DE GÁS E UM SISTEMA DE ARREFECIMENTO POR ÁGUA. UMA NOVIDADE É A UTILIZAÇÃO DE DOIS REATORES CONCÊNTRICOS E CIRCULARES, EM QUE O REATOR EXTERNO (1) PROPORCIONA O CALOR PARA O PROCESSO DE PIRÓLISE. ALÉM DO MECANISMO, TAMBÉM SE PRETENDE PATENTEAR O MÉTODO DE FUNCIONAMENTO DO MESMO.THIS INVENTION FITS IN THE ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY AREAS AND HAS AS A FINAL RESULT THE PRODUCTION OF A LIQUID FUEL FROM PLASTIC MATERIAL RECYCLING, BASED ON A NEW FAST PYROLYSIS PROCESS. THE INVENTION IS A EXTERNAL REACTOR (1), AN INTERNAL REACTOR (12), TWO GAS BURNERS (9) LOCATED IN THE EXTERNAL REACTOR'S WALLS (1), WHERE THE MAIN BURNER IS LOCATED (7) ), A CIRCULAR DISTRIBUTION BOX (5), A HEAT EXCHANGER (13), A GAS COMPRESSOR AND A WATER COOLING SYSTEM. A NEW FEATURE IS THE USE OF TWO CONCENTRIC AND CIRCULAR REACTORS, IN WHICH THE EXTERNAL REACTOR (1) PROVIDES HEAT TO THE PYROLYSIS PROCESS. BEYOND THE MECHANISM, IT IS ALSO WANTED TO PATENT THE WORKING METHOD OF THE SAME.
