PL PLEN 69 503 Y1 2 Description of the design The subject of the utility model is the rotor of a flotation machine for enrichment of mineral resources. For the enrichment of mineral resources, the flotation method is most often used in industry by pneumomechanical flotation machines, consisting of large chambers or troughs, in which an important element influencing the work is an aeration-dispersion unit consisting of a rotor and a stator, which sucks and agitates the flotation suspension and disperses in it air. From the Polish description of the utility model Ru 64099 we know the rotor of a flotation machine for enrichment, having an approximately horizontal rotor disk with radially arranged blades, which is attached from the top to the approximately vertical support tube, the blades having a rectangular shape, and their outer edges in the lower part are concave-shaped. The rotor has a central tube attached to the underside of the rotor disc, connected detachably to the vanes and provided with through holes in the circumference between the vanes, the vanes being also detachably connected to the underside of the rotor disk and having through holes on their side surfaces. Polish patent specification No. 181786 discloses a rotor for mixing gas with a liquid, mounted rotatably around, preferably a vertical axis of rotation, having a centrally located vertical cylindrical part in the shape of a tube and blades extending outwardly from it, the edges of which at the bottom are concave shape with only part of each blade coupled to the vertical cylindrical part. Moreover, the rotor has a barrier element shaped like a disk flange, the surface of which is perpendicular to the axis of rotation and separates the upper part of the blades from their lower part. The lower edge of the vertical cylindrical part constituting the gas inlet is arranged below the barrier element. From the patent description No. EP 0092769 a rotor of a flotation machine is known having a flat horizontal rotor disc, to which blades are radially attached at the bottom, and a vertical support tube at the top. The outer edges of the blades are parabolic, while the straight inner edges are about 3/4 of their height, counting from the bottom, connected by a cylindrical element closed at the top and bottom. The air is supplied by a vertical pipe and enters the interstitial space just below the target. The Polish patent specification No. 194507 discloses an aerator of a flotation machine having a rotor arranged concentrically inside a blade stator, the rotor having the form of a circular disc with a hole in the middle, to which blades are attached at its lower side. The blades are rectangular in shape and arranged radially and symmetrically around a cylindrical element situated concentrically from the bottom of the disc. The rotor blades at the outer surface of the cylindrical element have cuts, the axis of symmetry of which is perpendicular to the side plane of the blades in the shape of a quadrilateral, and the ratio of the distance of the center of the geometric cut from the lower edge of the blade to the blade height is 0.3-0.7. On the side surface, the cylindrical element has holes, whose centers of symmetry lie on the vertical plane of symmetry of the rotor blades. The purpose of the utility pattern is to increase the aeration intensity of the flotation suspension, which in turn increases the efficiency of the flotation process. The rotor of the flotation machine, consisting of a circular impeller with symmetrically arranged blades, and a concave outer edge, has a central conical tube tapering downwards, attached to the underside of the disk and has in the lower part circumferentially through holes in places between the blades. The five-shaped blades are arranged symmetrically around the central cone and are attached to it only at the top, approximately halfway up. The blades and the conical tube are of similar heights. The lower outer edges of the blades are concave in shape, while the inner edges of the blades are distant from the conical surface of the tube. The rotor in the exemplary embodiment has discs with blades and a conical tube, which constitute a uniform rigid skeleton covered with an abrasion-resistant material, preferably rubber, polyurethane. In a further embodiment, the disc, the central conical tube and the vanes are cast from an abrasion-resistant material, preferably polyurethane. As a result of the use of five-shaped blades, the inner edges of which are separated from the conical surface of the pipe, and through holes in the central pipe, a better aeration of the flotation suspension is obtained, which in turn increases the efficiency of the flotation process. The subject of the invention is shown in an example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the rotor in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the lower half of the rotor in a horizontal section, Fig. 3 the rotor in a top view, Fig. 4 a view of a rotor blade . The rotor of the flotation machine, according to the invention, consists of a circular disc 1 and a central tapered downwardly tapered tube 2 and blades 3 fixed to the disc 1 and the conical tube 2. In the center, the disc 1 has an opening 9 and a flange 4 for the purpose of mounting the rotor to the shaft of the flotation machine. The central conical tube 2 of the rotor is attached to the lower part of the disc 1 and has, in its lower part, circumferentially, through holes 10 between the blades 3, through which the air enters the interstitial space. The vertical blades 3 are arranged symmetrically along the outer perimeter of the central conical tube 2. The blades 3 and the conical tube 2 are of similar heights. The blades 3 have a five-shape shape, with the lower outer edges 7 of the blades 3 between the outer edges, the lower 5 and the side 6, have a concave shape, while the inner lower edges of the 8 blades 3 are inclined and do not adhere to the conical surface of the tube 2. The lower inner the edges 8 of the blades 3 are spaced apart from the conical surface of the tube 2 in order to increase the mixing intensity. PL PL
