Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element mocujacy elastyczny uchwyt meblowy, przeznaczony do mocowania uchwytów do drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac elementu mocujacego, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, co nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne i uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem, fig. 2 jest przekrojem osiowym elementu mocujacego elastyczny uchwyt meblowy. Element mocujacy jest przeznaczony do budowy dwu lub jedno punktowych uchwytów meblowych. W sytuacji zastosowania do budowy uchwytu dwupunktowego, dwa elementy mocujace zamontowane naprzeciw siebie sa polaczone elastyczna tasma 1 wykonana na przyklad z tworzywa sztucznego lub tkaniny. Jezeli element mocujacy jest zastosowany do budowy uchwytu meblowego jednopunktowego, w elemencie tym mocuje sie dwa konce elastycznej tasmy stanowiacej uchwyt. W jednym i drugim wypadku, element mocujacy sklada sie z dwóch czesci: dolnej 1 o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu z osiowym otworem oraz górnej 2 zaopatrzonej w wystajacy walec kolowy, na który jest nalozony koniec elastycznej tasmy 3. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the fastening element, manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original look and increases its aesthetic and functional values. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 is a view, fig. 2 is an axial section of a fixing element for a flexible furniture handle. The fastening element is intended for the construction of two or one point furniture handles. When used for the construction of a two-point fixture, two fastening elements mounted opposite to each other are connected by an elastic band 1 made of, for example, plastic or fabric. If the fastening element is used to construct a single-point furniture handle, the two ends of the elastic band constituting the handle are fastened to this element. In both cases, the fastening element consists of two parts: the lower 1 in the shape of a cuboid with an axial hole and the upper 2 provided with a protruding circular roller, on which the end of the elastic band is placed 3.
