Przyczyna tego stanu rzeczy byly roz¬ ciagajace naprezenia utrwalone w wyniku powul- kanizacyjnego skurczu gumy. Ponadto tuleje te mogly przenosic niewielkie jedynie obciazenia i odksztalcenia. Laczniki wedlug wyna¬ lazku zapewniaja mozliwosc przenoszenia wiek¬ szych poosiowych sil, wiekszych obciazen promie¬ niowych i skrecajacych niz inne, dotychczas zna¬ ne tulejowe laczniki sprezyste. Zastosowanie gu¬ mowych pierscieni umozliwia wytwarzanie spre¬ zystych laczników o dowolnej dlugosci. Ro¬man Cieslak, Gabriela Kuzminska The owner of the patent: Instytut Przemyslu Gumowego, Warsaw (Poland) Spring sleeve connector The subject of the invention is a sleeve elastic coupler, consisting of two metal sleeves, between which rubber rings are placed. Until now, flexible sleeve couplings were used, in which the rubber was formed between the sleeves during vulcanization. These couplers were characterized by low durability when repeatedly twisted metal sleeves. to myself. The reason for this was the tensile stress retained by the post-vulcanization shrinkage of the rubber. Moreover, these sleeves could only bear slight loads and deformations. The known elastic sleeve couplings, which had a split outer metal sleeve and a rubber sleeve connected to the metal in the vulcanization process, were characterized not only by difficult assembly, but also by weakening of the contact areas of the rubber. Sleeve elastic couplings, in which the rubber sleeve, after being formed and vulcanized, was pressed between the metal sleeves, had a limited ability to transfer axial forces, while the rubber part wears out relatively quickly when the element is operated with repeatedly large twists and turns. katy. There was frequent rubbing of the rubber against the metal surface of the inner sleeve, which was a very unfavorable phenomenon in the operation of the resilient elements. Another disadvantage of this type of sleeve was the inability to obtain long sleeves. Sleeve spring couplings, in which the rubber sleeve was separately made in a vulcanization form, and then clamped between the metal sleeves, by plastic processing of the inner or outer metal sleeve on the outer sleeve internal metal sleeve. Moreover, there was a great difficulty and inconvenience of plastic working. These drawbacks are absent from the sleeve-spring coupler according to the invention, in which rubber rings were used between the metal sleeves. The subject of the invention is shown in the embodiment example in the drawing, which shows the sleeves in cross-section. along its longitudinal axis. The sleeve spring coupler consists of a metal inner sleeve 1, to which are vulcanized rubber rings 2, on which a metal outer sleeve 3 is applied. The distances between the individual rings 2, their width and the thickness depend on the intended use of the sleeve spring connector, the smallest distance between the rings 2 must be such that the adjacent rings 2 touch each other after they are pressed into the outside on the sleeves 3. Depending on the required characteristics of the spring-loaded coupler clamping the rubber rings 2 between the inner 56 94 356 943 The sleeve 1 and the outer sleeve 3 reduces the thickness of the rings 2 from about 5 to 60%. The rubber rings in the sleeve couplings according to the invention have a compressive preload, eliminating tensile stress, which causes inferior characteristics of elastic elements and the cause of weakening of the bonding rubber with metal. The couplings according to the invention provide the ability to transmit greater axial forces, radial and torsional loads than other, previously known, sleeve resilient couplings. The use of rubber rings makes it possible to manufacture resilient connectors of any length. The fasteners of the invention are used as clutches, shock absorbers and the like. PL
