Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka MIARKA przeznaczona do róznego rodzaju plynów, zwlaszcza do napojów alkoholowych. Butelka wystepuje w trzech odmianach, które charakteryzuja jej pojemnosc. The subject of the industrial design is the MEASURE bottle intended for various types of liquids, especially for alcoholic beverages. The bottle comes in three varieties which characterize its capacity.

Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu o indywidualnym charakterze. Nowosc i oryginalnosc butelki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w odniesieniu do znanych wzorów butelek przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, materiale i jego strukturze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunkach, naktórych na fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 przedstawiono odmiane 1 butelki, na fig. 4, fig. 5 i fig.6 - odmiane 2, na fig. 7, fig. 8 i fig.9 - odmiane 3 butelki, na fig. 10 - dno butelki w widoku z zewnatrz, przy czym na fig. 1, fig. 4 i fig. 7 pokazano butelke w widoku od strony czolowej, na fig. 2, fig. 5 i fig. 8 - butelke w widoku z boku, na którym naniesiona jest podzialka, na fig. 3, fig. 6 i fig. 9 - butelke z korkiem w widoku z tylu, a na rysunku zbiorczym odmiane 1, odmiane 2 i odmiane 3 butelki w widoku od strony czolowej. Stozek dolny stanowi glówna czesc 1 butelki, a stozek górny - czesc 2. Mniejsza podstawa stozkowej czesci 1 tworzy wklesle dno 3, a mniejsza podstawa stozkowej czesci 2 przechodzi w walcowa szyjke 4, która zakonczona jest kolnierzem 5 z wylewka6.
