Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest dynamiczny tłumik, zawierający korpus, co najmniej jeden króciec, co najmniej jeden zawór odcinający oraz co najmniej jeden zawór odpowietrzający, który charakteryzuje się tym, że korpus (2) mający w przekroju poprzecznym kształt rurowy, zawiera pierwszy krócieć (3) znajdujący się w pobliżu pierwszego końca (5) korpusu (2) i drugi krócieć (4) znajdujący się w pobliżu drugiego końca (6) korpusu (2), przy czym pierwszy króciec (3) i drugi króciec (4) są prostopadłe do osi wzdłużnej korpusu (2) oraz wyposażone są w pierwszy zawór odcinający (7) i drugi zawór odcinający (8). Po przeciwnej stronie pierwszego króćca (3) na korpusie (2) zamocowany jest pierwszy zawór odpowietrzający (9), a po przeciwnej stronie drugiego króćca (4) na korpusie (2) zamocowany jest drugi zawór odpowietrzający (10). Z kolei pierwszy koniec (5) korpusu (2) zaślepiony jest pierwszą pokrywą (11) oraz drugi koniec (6) korpusu (2) zaślepiony jest drugą pokrywą (12). Wewnątrz korpusu (2) w jego środkowej części (13) osadzony jest suwliwie tłok (14), przy czym tłok (14) jest obustronnie podparty elementami sprężystymi (15, 16), gdzie pierwszy element sprężysty (15) jest zmocowany pomiędzy pierwszą powierzchnią (11a) pierwszej pokrywy (11), a pierwszą powierzchnią (14a) tłoka (14), zaś drugi element sprężysty (16) pomiędzy pierwszą powierzchnią (12a) drugiej pokrywy (12), a drugą powierzchnią (14b) tłoka (14).The subject of the application is a dynamic muffler containing a body, at least one stub pipe, at least one shut-off valve and at least one vent valve, which is characterized in that the body (2) has a tubular shape in cross-section and includes a first stub pipe (3) located located near the first end (5) of the body (2) and a second stub (4) located near the second end (6) of the body (2), the first stub (3) and the second stub (4) being perpendicular to the longitudinal axis body (2) and are equipped with a first shut-off valve (7) and a second shut-off valve (8). On the opposite side of the first connector (3), the first vent valve (9) is mounted on the body (2), and on the opposite side of the second connector (4), on the body (2), the second vent valve (10) is mounted. In turn, the first end (5) of the body (2) is closed with the first cover (11) and the second end (6) of the body (2) is closed with the second cover (12). Inside the body (2), in its central part (13), a piston (14) is slidably mounted, with the piston (14) supported on both sides by elastic elements (15, 16), where the first elastic element (15) is mounted between the first surface ( 11a) of the first cover (11) and the first surface (14a) of the piston (14), and the second elastic element (16) between the first surface (12a) of the second cover (12) and the second surface (14b) of the piston (14).
