Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do bezpośredniej redukcji tlenków metali, zwłaszcza tlenków żelaza (DRI), stanowiące zespół pieca kołpakowego w połączeniu z instalacją technologiczną, w której jako gazu procesowego używa się wodoru (H<sub>2</sub>), przy czym instalację tę stanowi zestaw następujących bloków funkcjonalnych: chłodnica gazu procesowego, skraplacz pary wodnej, osuszacz gazu procesowego, zespół filtrów mechanicznych, dmuchawa procesowa, zespół pomp próżniowych, instalacja wyrzutu gazów po procesowych, stacja gazów technologicznych (H<sub>2</sub> i N<sub>2</sub>), instalacja wody chłodzącej w obiegu zamkniętym, urządzenie załadowczo-rozładowcze oraz zbiornik kondensatu, z kolei usytuowany pionowo w dwu-częściowej rozłącznej obudowie piec kołpakowy zawiera w swej dolnej części (1b) nieruchomy trzon w izolacji termicznej (10), na którym sytuuje się załadowany wsadem kosz (3) z ażurowym dnem, z kolei pełniąca funkcję ruchomego kołpaka górna część pieca w obudowie (1a), jest wyposażona w umieszczoną wewnętrznie ceramiczną izolację termiczną (2) wraz z systemem kontroli temperatury procesowej, ponadto w obudowie są usytuowane: zestaw elektrycznych elementów grzejnych (4) dużej mocy oraz instalacja przepływu gazu procesowego (11, 12), przy czym obydwie części obudowy (1a) i (1b), wyposażone w kołnierze stykowe odpowiednio (5), są ze sobą szczelnie połączone, a ponadto pomiędzy trzonem (10), a koszem (3) jest usytuowany torusowy kolektor (7) gazu procesowego z obwodowo-zewnętrznymi dyszami wylotowymi (9), zintegrowany w funkcji z podporą kosza (3), przy czym kolektor (7) jest zasilany gazem procesowym za pośrednictwem kanału dolotowego (12), usytuowanego pozaosiowo w trzonie (10), natomiast w trzonie (10), poniżej kolektora (7), jest osiowo usytuowany kanał wypływowy (11) zużytego gazu procesowego.The subject of the application is a device for direct reduction of metal oxides, especially iron oxides (DRI), constituting a hood furnace unit combined with a technological installation in which hydrogen (H<sub>2</sub>) is used as the process gas, and the installation this is a set of the following functional blocks: process gas cooler, steam condenser, process gas dryer, mechanical filter set, process blower, vacuum pump set, post-process gas discharge installation, process gas station (H<sub>2</sub> and N<sub>2</sub>), cooling water installation in a closed circuit, loading and unloading device and condensate tank, in turn, the cap furnace located vertically in a two-part detachable housing contains in its lower part (1b) a stationary shaft insulated thermal insulation (10), on which the loaded basket (3) with an openwork bottom is placed, while the upper part of the furnace in the casing (1a), acting as a movable cap, is equipped with internal ceramic thermal insulation (2) with a temperature control system process, in addition, the housing contains: a set of high-power electric heating elements (4) and a process gas flow installation (11, 12), with both parts of the housing (1a) and (1b) equipped with contact flanges (5), respectively. are tightly connected to each other, and in addition, between the shaft (10) and the basket (3) there is a torus process gas collector (7) with peripheral-external outlet nozzles (9), integrated in function with the basket support (3), wherein the collector (7) is supplied with process gas through the inlet channel (12), located off-axis in the shaft (10), while in the shaft (10), below the collector (7), there is an axially located outlet channel (11) for the used process gas.
