Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ uszczelnienia połączenia kołnierzowego, obejmujący uszczelkę oraz elementy łączone, w którym powierzchnia uszczelniająca ma wybrzuszenia tworzące rowkowany przekrój charakteryzujący się tym, że w stosunku do linii przechodzącej od pierwszej strony połączenia kołnierzowego, po której to stronie przewiduje się występowanie pierwszego ciśnienia, do drugiej, po której przewiduje się występowanie drugiego ciśnienia, niższego od pierwszego ciśnienia, wybrzuszenia tworzące rowkowany przekrój są uformowane poprzez zestaw nachylonych odcinków. Pierwszy odcinek pierwszego wybrzuszenia jest nachylony do wspomnianej linii pod kątem, tzw. kątem zbieżności, który wynosi od 0° do 45°, natomiast drugi odcinek pierwszego wybrzuszenia jest nachylony do wspomnianej linii pod kątem, tzw. kątem zewnętrznym, który wynosi od 45° do 90°, przy czym w układzie uszczelnienia występuje więcej niż jedno wybrzuszenie(4).The subject of the application is a sealing system for a flange connection, including a gasket and connected elements, in which the sealing surface has bulges forming a grooved cross-section characterized by the fact that in relation to the line passing from the first side of the flange connection, on which side the first pressure is expected to occur, to second, after which a second pressure, lower than the first pressure, is expected to occur, the bulges forming a grooved cross-section are formed by a set of inclined sections. The first section of the first bulge is inclined to the mentioned line at an angle, the so-called convergence angle, which is from 0° to 45°, while the second section of the first bulge is inclined to the mentioned line at an angle, the so-called an external angle that ranges from 45° to 90°, and there is more than one bulge in the sealing system(4).
