Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest płyta drogowa z tworzywa sztucznego pokazana na rysunku o zasadniczo prostopadłościennym kształcie, charakteryzująca się tym, że jest wyposażona w cztery przelotowe otwory transportowe o prostokątnym przekroju wzdłużnym ulokowane przy rogach płyty, jej grubość wynosi od 100 mm do 250 mm, a tworzywem sztucznym jest niejednolity odpad plastikowy, który stanowią plastiki lekkie, plastiki ciężkie, kombinacja plastików lekkich oraz plastików ciężkich, PCV lub gumy ze zużytych opon. Kolejnym przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania płyty drogowej z tworzywa sztucznego według zgłoszenia, charakteryzujący się tym, że tworzywem sztucznym jest odpad plastikowy a sposób obejmuje następujące etapy: a) rozdrabnianie odpadu plastikowego; b) mycie wstępne odpadu plastikowego; c) wytwarzanie masy plastikowej poprzez topienie odpadu plastikowego wybranego z grupy obejmującej plastiki lekkie, plastiki ciężkie, ich kombinacje PCV lub gumy z zużytych opon w temperaturze od 150 do 280°C oraz wtłaczanie wspomnianej masy plastikowej do uprzednio przygotowanej formy przechylonej względem podłoża pod kątem α wynoszącym 15 - 35°; d) zastyganie wytłoczonej płyty drogowej.The subject matter of the application is a plastic road plate shown in the drawing, with a substantially rectangular shape, characterized by the fact that it is equipped with four through-holes with a rectangular longitudinal section located at the corners of the plate, its thickness is from 100 mm to 250 mm, and the plastic is a non-homogeneous plastic waste, which is lightweight plastics, heavy plastics, a combination of light plastics and heavy plastics, PVC or rubber from used tires.
