Abstract
Układ do ultradźwiękowego oczyszczania kalibratora zwłaszcza do produkcji rur z tworzyw sztucznych złożony jest z wanny podciśnieniowej, kalibratora i przetwornika ultradźwiękowego. W wannie podciśnieniowej (1) wypełnionej cieczą chłodzącą (7) zamocowany jest kalibrator (2) złożony z pierścieni kalibracyjnych (5) połączonych prętami (6), przez który przemieszcza się rura z tworzywa sztucznego (4). W kalibratorze (2) od strony wejścia rury (4) zamontowany jest pierścieniowy przetwornik ultradźwiękowy (3) wytwarzający drgania ultradźwiękowe w kierunku równoległym do osi rury (4), które propagują się również na pierścienie kalibracyjne (5) pośrednictwem prętów (6).The system for ultrasonic cleaning of the calibrator, especially for the production of plastic pipes, consists of a vacuum tank, a calibrator and an ultrasonic transducer. An annular ultrasonic transducer (3) is mounted in the calibrator (2) on the inlet side of the tube (4), which produces ultrasonic vibrations in the direction parallel to the tube axis (4), which also propagate to the calibration rings (5) through the rods (6).
