Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również sposób otrzymywania wieloprzedziałowego układu typu "kapsuła w kapsule" w formie podwójnej emulsji typu woda-olej-woda oraz zastosowanie wieloprzedziałowego do leczenia cukrzycy typu 1.The subject of the present invention is a multi-compartment capsule-in-capsule system for the encapsulation of peptides based on a hyaluronic acid derivative, the stabilization of which does not require the use of surfactants, emulsifiers and / or stabilizers, acting as a carrier, which solves the problem of protecting sensitive hydrophilic substances against aggressive external environment, including degradation and inactivation, but not limited to proteins, and allows the simultaneous administration of active substances of different hydrophilicity. The invention also relates to a method for preparing a multi-compartment "capsule-in-capsule" system in the form of a water-oil-water double emulsion and the use of the multi-compartment for the treatment of type 1 diabetes.
