Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do usuwania proszku wytworzonego w procesie atomizacji ultradźwiękowej, obejmujące komorę atomizacji (1), wyposażoną we wlot (6) i wylot (8) gazu oraz element kierujący (7) do rozprowadzania gazu i profilu prędkości gazu w komorze (1). Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób usuwania proszku wytworzonego w procesie atomizacji ultradźwiękowej, w którym w strefę atomizacji w komorze atomizacji (1) kieruje się strumień gazu (11) obojętnego dla atomizowanego materiału, w zakresie ciśnień od 0,1 barA do 6 barA i o średnich prędkościach od 0,2 do 25 m/s w przekrojach prostopadłych do ścieżki gazu (11), przy czym gaz rozprowadza się zasadniczo prostopadle do kierunku wyrzutu kropli stopionego materiału z sonotrody (2), w taki sposób, że krople są porywane i transportowane przez gaz w komorze atomizacji (1) w kierunku wylotu (8), korzystnie po trajektoriach (10) bliskich poziomym, i jednocześnie są studzone w locie przez wymianę ciepła za gazem, aż do uzyskania stałego stanu skupienia.
