Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy nanostrukturalnych nośników lipidowych NLC, charakteryzujących się tym, że zawierają lipid ciekły będący mieszaniną trójglicerydów kwasu kapronowego i kaprylowego, oraz że stabilizowane są amfoterycznym surfaktantem z grupy fosfolipidów a mianowicie 1,2-di-(9Z,11E-oktadekadienoilo)-sn-glicero-3-fosfocholiną oraz niejonowym surfaktantem polioksyetylenowanym monooleinianem sorbitanu. Wynalazek dotyczy również sposobu otrzymywania tych nanostrukturalnych nośników.The invention concerns nanostructured lipid carriers NLC, characterized by the fact that they contain a liquid lipid which is a mixture of caproic and caprylic acid triglycerides, and that they are stabilized with an amphoteric surfactant from the phospholipid group, namely 1,2-di-(9Z,11E-octadecadienoyl)-sn- glycero-3-phosphocholine and the non-ionic surfactant polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate. The invention also relates to a method for obtaining these nanostructured carriers.
