Abstract

Sposób pomiaru profilu fali w czasie rzeczywistym na powierzchni cieczy, zwłaszcza w basenie modelowym polegający na umieszczeniu sondy ultradźwiękowej nad powierzchnią cieczy i pomiarze czasu, w jakim sygnał ultradźwiękowy przebywa drogę od generatora sondy do punktu pomiarowego ustalonego na powierzchni cieczy i z powrotem do absorbera sondy, a następnie zarejestrowaniu wyników tych pomiarów i odtworzeniu w przestrzeni dwuwymiarowej profilu fali, jako przebiegu w czasie wyznaczonych za pomocą sondy odległości od punktu pomiarowego, w którym wzdłuż osi równoległej do kierunku propagacji fali, nad badaną powierzchnią cieczy, ustawia się szeregowo co najmniej dwie sondy ultradźwiękowe, we wzajemnej odległości nie większej niż minimalna szerokość obszaru detekcji pojedynczej sondy, zaś odebrany sygnał przetwarza się w układzie wzmacniaczy i komparatorów, układzie multipleksera oraz w układzie próbkująco - pamiętającym, generując sygnał wyjściowy, którego napięcie elektryczne odpowiada wysokości chwilowego odkształcenia swobodnej powierzchni w korelacji z odległością sondy ultradźwiękowej od badanej powierzchni, zaś przebieg napięcia odpowiada mierzonemu profilowi fali na powierzchni cieczy, przy czym jako sygnał wyjściowy podaje się ostatni sygnał o wartości napięcia mieszczącej się w uprzednio zadanym, dopuszczalnym przedziale wartości, ustalonym w zależności od przyjętej stałej przetwarzania, a najwyższy priorytet ma sygnał odebrany z sondy, której odległość od punktu pomiarowego na powierzchni badanej cieczy w momencie pomiaru jest najmniejsza. Urządzenie do realizacji sposobu zawierające sondę ultradźwiękową nadawczo - odbiorczą połączoną z urządzeniem przetwarzającym, które zawiera co najmniej jedną sondę ultradźwiękową odbiorczą (S1, S3) umieszczoną obok sondy ultradźwiękowej nadawczo - odbiorczej (S2) liniowo i w odległości nie większej niż minimalna szerokość obszaru detekcji pojedynczej sondy, zaś urządzenie przetwarzające (9) wyposażone jest w układ wzmacniaczy i komparatorów, który połączony jest z układem multipleksera układem komparatora oraz z układem próbkująco - pamiętającym i wyjściem urządzenia (5).A method of measuring the wave profile in real time on the surface of a liquid, especially in a model pool, by placing an ultrasonic probe above the surface of the liquid and measuring the time the ultrasonic signal travels from the probe generator to a measuring point fixed on the surface of the liquid and back to the probe absorber, and then recording the results of these measurements and reproducing in the space of a two-dimensional wave profile as a course of time determined by the probe distances from the measuring point, in which at least two ultrasonic probes are placed in series over the tested liquid along the axis parallel to the wave propagation direction, at a mutual distance not greater than the minimum width of the detection area of a single probe, and the received signal is processed in the system of amplifiers and comparators, the multiplexer system and in the sampling-memory system, generating an output signal whose electric voltage corresponds to the amount of instantaneous deformation of the free surface in correlation with the distance of the ultrasonic probe from the tested surface, and the voltage waveform corresponds to the measured wave profile on the surface of the liquid, where the output signal is the last signal with a voltage value falling within the previously set, allowable value range set in depending on the adopted processing constant, the highest priority is given to the signal received from the probe, the distance of which from the measuring point on the surface of the tested liquid is the shortest at the time of measurement. A device for carrying out the method, comprising an ultrasonic transceiver probe connected to a processing device, which includes at least one receiving ultrasonic probe (S1, S3) positioned next to the transceiver ultrasonic probe (S2) linearly and at a distance not greater than the minimum width of the detection area of a single probe and the processing device (9) is equipped with a system of amplifiers and comparators, which is connected to the multiplexer circuit by a comparator circuit, and to the sampling-memory circuit and the output of the device (5).
