Abstract
Układ do pomiaru temperatury przetwornika ultradźwiękowego złożony jest z przetwornika ultradźwiękowego, pirometru, oraz obudowy. W obudowie (5) przetwornika ultradźwiękowego (1) umieszczony jest pirometr (4), korzystnie czuły na promieniowanie o długości fali 14 nm, w taki sposób, że jego obszar czułości (6) obejmuje co najmniej jeden dysk ceramiki piezoelektrycznej (2). Pirometr jest umieszczony w takiej odległości od powierzchni dysków ceramiki piezoelektrycznej (2), by zapewnić dostateczną izolację elektryczną od napięcia zasilania przetwornika ultradźwiękowego (1) dostarczanego do okładek (3) poprzez złącze zasilania (7).The system for measuring the temperature of the ultrasonic transducer consists of an ultrasonic transducer, a pyrometer and a housing.
