Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wykrywania kwasu ({[(2R)-1-(6-amino-9H-puryn-9-ylo)propan-2-ylo]oksy}metylo)fosfonowego i kreatyniny w moczu oraz test do detekcji kwasu ({[(2R)-1-(6-amino-9H-puryn-9-ylo)propan-2-ylo]oksy}metylo)fosfonowego w moczu i wstępnej oceny funkcjonowania nerek. Test ten przeznaczony jest do badania próbek moczu pacjentów poddanych terapii po zakażeniu wirusem zapalenia wątroby tupu B (HBV) i/lub wirusem upośledzenia odporności u ludzi (HIV) stosujących leki zawierające jako substancję czynną kwas ({[(2R)-1-(6-amino-9H-puryn-9-ylo)propan-2-ylo]oksy}metylo)fosfonowy. Sposób i test polega na analizie chromatograficznej z zastosowaniem aparatu do wysokosprawnej chromatografii cieczowej wyposażonego w detektor spektrofotometryczny z matrycą diodową z możliwością zmiany długości fali w czasie trwania pomiaru. Opracowany test charakteryzuje się dobrą dokładnością, precyzją, nieskomplikowaną procedurą przygotowania próbki, oraz krótkim czasem analizy.The subject of the application is a method for detecting ({[(2R) -1- (6-amino-9H-purin-9-yl) propan-2-yl] oxy} methyl) phosphonic acid and creatinine in urine and an acid detection test ({ [(2R) -1- (6-amino-9H-purin-9-yl) propan-2-yl] oxy} methyl) phosphonic urine and initial assessment of renal function. This test is intended for testing urine samples of patients undergoing therapy after infection with the hepatitis B virus (HBV) and / or immunodeficiency virus in humans (HIV) using drugs containing the active substance acid ({[(2R) -1- (6 amino-9H-purin-9-yl) propan-2-yl] oxy} methyl) phosphonic acid. The method and test is based on chromatographic analysis using a high-performance liquid chromatography apparatus equipped with a spectrophotometric detector with a diode matrix with the option of changing the wavelength during the measurement. The developed test is characterized by good accuracy, precision, uncomplicated procedure of sample preparation, and short analysis time.
