Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest śluza wentylacyjna, przejazdowa, automatyczna, mechaniczna, bez żadnego zasilania własnego, zabudowana w wyrobisku górniczym wyposażonym w kolejkę szynową podwieszaną dowolnego typu. Składa się z dwóch tam wyposażonych w urządzenie sterujące, które przenosi napęd na dwuskrzydłowe drzwi tam wykorzystując do otwierania i zamykania siłę napędu zespołu transportowego, poprzez stykowy kontakt z kolejnymi zaczepami nowych zestawów sterujących śluzą przytwierdzonych do górnej półki szyn podwieszanych za pomocą uchwytów szczękowo-śrubowych. Całość sterowania odbywa się automatycznie. Śluza została wyposażona w ruchomy znak STOP 30, z blokadą przejazdu (33), przed każdą tamą, z dowolnego dojazdowego kierunku. Sterowanie automatyczne znakiem STOP jest możliwe dzięki sposobowi rozmieszczenia zestawów sterujących w śluzie pomiędzy tamami tak, że liny sterujące zamykające obydwu tam nakładają się, czyli przebiegają wzdłuż tej samej trasy i są zbliżone do przeciwnych tam w śluzie. Konstrukcja zestawów sterujących zapewnia kompleksową współpracę z poruszającym się zespołem transportowym, tak w kontakcie stykowym przy otwieraniu i zamykaniu drzwi, jak podczas każdego rozsprzęglania, ostatecznie trwałego, dzięki wysprzęglikowi wahadłowemu, zabudowanemu na równi wysprzęglającej każdego zestawu sterującego śluzą. Dodatkowo została zastosowana odrębna lina otwierająca krótka, obejmująca tylko zestawy sterujące otwierające przy tamie, stanowiąca pętlę w kształcie leżącej cyfry 8 i zamykająca dłuższa w kształcie leżącej litery U łącząca zestawy sterujące zamykające, po obydwóch stronach tamy, z liną otwierającą odpowiednio z pasmem dolnym i górnym. Ułatwia to pokonywanie naporu w czasie otwierania tamy, gdyż lina zamykająca nie bierze udziału w otwieraniu drzwi, jedynie uruchamia znak STOP 30, przed dojazdem do śluzy z przeciwnego kierunku.The subject of the notification is a ventilation, passage, automatic, mechanical lock, without any own power supply, built into a mining excavation equipped with a suspended rail of any type. It consists of two there equipped with a control device that transmits the drive to a double-leaf door there, using for opening and closing the drive force of the transport unit, through contact contact with successive hooks of new sluice control sets attached to the upper shelf of the suspended rails using jaw-screw grips. All control is automatic. The lock is equipped with a movable STOP 30 sign, with blockade of passage (33), in front of each dam, from any access direction. Automatic control with the STOP sign is possible thanks to the way the control sets are arranged in the sluice between the dams so that the closing control lines of both there overlap, i.e. run along the same route and are similar to the opposite ones in the sluice. The design of the control sets ensures comprehensive cooperation with the moving transport unit, in contact contact when opening and closing the door, as during every decoupling, ultimately permanent, thanks to the pendulum slave mounted on the level of decoupling of each airlock control set. In addition, a separate short opening rope was used, covering only the opening control sets at the dam, constituting a loop in the shape of the lying digit 8 and closing the longer one in the shape of the lying U letter connecting the closing control sets, on both sides of the dam, with the opening rope with the lower and upper band respectively . This makes it easier to overcome the pressure when opening the dam, because the closing rope does not participate in opening the door, it only activates the STOP 30 sign, before reaching the airlock from the opposite direction.
