Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wykańczania dzianin bawełnianych, w którym zabarwioną lub zadrukowaną dzianinę poddaje się powlekaniu substancją nadającą dzianinie właściwości hydrofobowe, znamienny tym, że: prowadzi się powlekanie w reaktorze (210) za pomocą wału obrotowego (212) z ryflowaną powierzchnią, osadzonego w komorze reaktora (213) i częściowo zanurzonego w ciekłej kąpieli (211) wodnego roztworu zawierającego: od 3 do 10% wag. winylotrimetoksysilanu jako związku czynnego; od 40 do 92% wag. acetonu; od 0,01 do 0,05% wag. kwasu octowego; od 5 do 50% wag. wody.
