Sposób pomiaru temperatury elementów elektronicznych polegający na wykonaniu czujnika pomiarowego zawierającego światłowodowy dwuwiązkowy interferometr Fabry'ego-Perota w układzie punktowym lub pseudorozproszonym lub rozproszonym, pracujący w modzie odbiciowym, za pomocą którego uzyskuje się sygnał pomiarowy, który następnie poddaje się analizie, a uzyskane wyniki przetwarza się na dane temperaturowe, charakteryzuje się tym, że jako materiał czujnikowy stosuje się warstwę materiału o wysokim współczynniku termooptycznym, korzystnie selenku cynku (1), zaś czujnik pomiarowy mocuje się w elemencie elektronicznym, korzystnie wewnątrz obudowy.
