Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest spieniony płyn szczelinujący na bazie azotu z dodatkiem środka spieniającego, który charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera wodę wodociągową w ilości 29,19 - 49,59% objętościowych, do której dodano 0,01 - 0,1% wagowych nanocząsteczek, będących mieszaniną lipofobowych i hydrofilowych nanocząsteczek (LHP) o średniej wielkości cząsteczek 7 nm, którą stanowią: dwutlenek krzemu (SiO2) w ilości powyżej 99.8%, tlenek glinu (AL2O3) poniżej 0,05%, dwutlenek tytanu (TiO2) poniżej 0,03%, chlorek wodoru (HCl) poniżej 0,025%, tlenek żelaza (Fe2O3) poniżej 0,003%, a także zawiera 0,04% objętości wagowej środka spieniającego, składającego się z: 2-butoksyetanolu, alkoholu metylowego, glikolu etylenowego i glicerolu w ilości 0,4 - 0,8%, zaś zawartość azotu w płynie szczelinującym wynosi 50 - 70% objętościowych.The subject of the application is a foam based fracturing fluid with an addition of a foaming agent, which is characterized in that it contains tap water in the amount of 29.19 - 49.59% by volume, to which 0.01 - 0.1% by weight of nanoparticles, which are added a mixture of lipophobic and hydrophilic nanoparticles (LHP) with an average particle size of 7 nm, which are: silicon dioxide (SiO2) above 99.8%, alumina (AL2O3) below 0.05%, titanium dioxide (TiO2) below 0.03% , hydrogen chloride (HCl) below 0.025%, iron oxide (Fe2O3) below 0.003%, and also contains 0.04% by weight of the foaming agent, consisting of: 2-butoxyethanol, methyl alcohol, ethylene glycol and glycerol in an amount of 0, 4 - 0.8%, while the nitrogen content in the fracturing fluid is 50 - 70% by volume.
