Abstract

Struktura przestrzenna powierzchni poligraficznego cylindra aniloksowego do przenoszenia lakieru/farby przewodzącej na wałek lakierujący, składająca się z przestrzennych kałamarzyków, pomiędzy którymi znajdują się przestrzenne progi, charakteryzuje się tym, że kałamarzyki (1) są rozmieszczone na planie symetrycznego nieforemnego wielokąta, składającego się z dwóch przeciwległych zestawów czterech ułożonych stożkowo boków różnej długości, z których dwa skrajne boki są umieszczone względem siebie pod kątem 90°, a dwa kolejne boki pod kątem 145°, oraz umieszczonych między nimi dwóch półokręgów, przy czym kałamarzyki (1) są pogrupowane sekwencyjnie tak, że pierwsza sekwencja zawiera jeden kałamarzyk (1) oraz kolejny kałamarzyk (1) obrócony względem pierwszego o kąt 90°, druga sekwencja zawiera łącznie cztery kałamarzyki (1), z których dwa pierwsze ułożone liniowo są obrócone względem pozostałych, również ułożonych liniowo, o kąt 90°, trzecia sekwencja zawiera łącznie sześć kałamarzyków (1), z których trzy pierwsze ułożone liniowo są obrócone względem pozostałych, również ułożonych liniowo, o kąt 90°, czwarta sekwencja zawiera łącznie osiem kałamarzyków (1), z których cztery pierwsze ułożone liniowo są obrócone względem pozostałych, również ułożonych liniowo, o kąt 90°, piąta sekwencja zawiera łącznie dziesięć kałamarzyków (1), z których pięć pierwszych ułożonych liniowo jest obróconych względem pozostałych, również ułożonych liniowo, o kąt 90°, a w każdej sekwencji kałamarzyki (1) stykają się ze sobą jedną ze swych najkrótszych, szczytowych, ścianek.The spatial structure of the surface of an anilox printing cylinder for transferring varnish / conductive paint to a varnish roller, consisting of spatial ink pads between which there are spatial thresholds, characterized by the fact that the ink pads (1) are arranged on a symmetrical irregular polygon plan consisting of two opposite sets of four conically arranged sides of different lengths, of which two extreme sides are placed relative to each other at an angle of 90 °, and two subsequent sides at an angle of 145 °, and two semicircles placed between them, whereby the ink rings (1) are grouped sequentially, that the first sequence contains one ink bottle (1) and the next ink bottle (1) rotated relative to the first one by 90 °, the second sequence contains a total of four ink bottles (1), of which the first two lined up are rotated relative to the others, also lined up, by 90 °, the third sequence contains a total of six ink rings (1), of which the first three lined up are rotated relative to the others, also lined up by a 90 ° angle, the fourth sequence contains a total of eight ink rings (1), of which the first four are arranged are linearly rotated relative to the others, also arranged linearly, by 90 °, the fifth sequence contains a total of ten ink rings (1), of which the first five linearly arranged are rotated relative to the others, also arranged linearly, by 90 °, and in each sequence of ink blocks ( 1) touch one of their shortest, gable walls.
