Abstract

W rezultacie osobniki dojrzałe kończą cykl rozwojowy szybciej w stosunku do próby kontrolnej; selektywny efekt letalny, szybsze wymieranie osobników dojrzałych w stosunku do próby kontrolnej, przy intensywnym rozwoju osobników młodocianych. The subject of the application is the bioassay and its use. This test is based on the observed acceleration of the development cycle of Daphnia sp. When a probiotic substance is added to the culture. The obtained result indicates a strong influence of the probiotic substance on the said taxa. As a result, mature individuals finish the development cycle faster than the control sample; selective lethal effect, faster dying of mature individuals compared to the control sample, with intensive development of juveniles. The test allows you to optimize the dose of the probiotic substance, the concentration of the probiotic aqueous solution at which the development cycle of Daphnia sp. Does not accelerate compared to the control test.
