Abstract
Magazyn energii sprężonego powietrza, zawiera zbiornik (1) sprężonego powietrza, zaopatrzony w rurowy kanał tłoczny (2) od kompresora powietrza oraz w rurowy kanał wylotowy (6) do turbiny generatora. Zbiornik (1) składa się z izolowanej termicznie obudowy (1.1), zawierającej wewnątrz przesuwną komorę powietrzną (1.2), ograniczoną płaszczem (1.21) o izolowanych termicznie ścianach oraz dnem (1.13) obudowy (1.1). Ściany boczne płaszcza (1.21) są osadzone w obudowie (1.1) przesuwnie na rolkach prowadzących (1.4), a końce tych ścian są wyprowadzone, poprzez szczelinę (1.14) w dnie (1.13), do wanny (1.5) z płynem smarującym, która na wlocie jest zaopatrzona w pary rolek prowadzących (1.6). Ściana stropowa obudowy (1.1) jest wyposażona w przelotowy wywietrznik (1.15), oraz wewnątrz obudowy (1.1) w sprężynowe zderzaki (1.16). Ściana stropowa płaszcza (1.21) jest wyposażona w płytę balastową (1.3) stabilizacji ciśnienia w komorze powietrznej (1.2).The compressed air energy storage contains a reservoir (1) of compressed air, equipped with a discharge pipe (2) from the air compressor and a discharge pipe (6) to the generator turbine. The tank (1) consists of a thermally insulated casing (1.1), containing inside a sliding air chamber (1.2), limited by a jacket (1.21) with thermally insulated walls and the bottom (1.13) of the casing (1.1). The side walls of the jacket (1.21) are mounted in the housing (1.1) slidingly on the guide rollers (1.4), and the ends of these walls are led out, through the gap (1.14) in the bottom (1.13), to the bathtub (1.5) with lubricant, which the inlet is fitted with pairs of guide rollers (1.6). The casing ceiling wall (1.1) is equipped with a through vent (1.15), and inside the casing (1.1) with spring bumpers (1.16). The mantle ceiling wall (1.21) is equipped with a ballast plate (1.3) for pressure stabilization in the air chamber (1.2).
